I ordered a hoodie on line for a gift. The website was simple to use and customer service clear and prompt. The hoodie is an unusual design, which is why I chose it, and is beautifully soft and looks good quality. As always, the staff at Northallerton go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the dress and blouse I ordered via click.and collect, good fit, vibrant colours. However, I was just handed the bag and, when I stated I would like to try on the items, no assistance was offered - I contrast this to my experience at Cotton Traders where the Assistant opened the bags, put each item on a hanger, accompanied me to a changing cubicle, hung up the clothes, and then, after I had tried things on, packed everything for me, which I class as excellent customer service.

Amazing service! (Northallerton store)
I visited the Northallerton store over the Christmas period and was delighted to be served by a lovely young lady I believe her name was Katie and she helped me pick out a lovely gift for my granddaughter. She was very helpful and explained the returns policy very well! Amazing service, will definitely be returning in the future!

Prairie dress
After ordering a dress in one of your shops, I received it in the short length not the long which I wanted. After speaking to one of your team he told me how to return it and arranged for the long length to be sent, I received it the next day. Very pleased with the service I received.

The joy of Returns at Northallerton
Returned some items to the Northallerton store on the 10th of August that I had ordered online.
The refund was for over £400.00 and it was clear (I know that is subjective)
that the refund was not welcome.
As the refund was coming to the end of the process a male colleague stated to a female colleague, she's just exchanging them for a pair of shoes!!!
I also purchased a top BTW.
That's the second time I have been to the Northallerton Store and both times disapointed.
But rest assured I have a dress to return and so yep I'm taking it back to Northallerton, just to see there cheery faces.

Brought a product on line, but unfortunately had to return it. I decided to return it to the nearest shop, where I was meet by friendly and efficient staff, who re-credited me without any fuss(I was in the store, less than 5mins).Brillant service

Super helpful staff David at Northallerton store. Unobtrusive when purchasing shorts tried on 30” waist snug fit asked if 32” available looked in store stock n/a he suggested take home and try if not suitable call and could order in. Telephoned store later in day and located pair nearby Helmsley store suggested give them a call because he couldn’t reserve did so reserved 32” pair and will exchange on Friday. Fantastic customer service well done. Thank you H. Robinson
