I went in Fatface shop today in the Mall in Plymouth City Centre Devon and bought a pair of black leather sandels . I have such awkward feet and always have difficulty buying shoes . I must say i was very impressed by the assistant helping me she was very patient and even more helpful . I cannot thank her enough she was very polite and well mannered nothing was too much trouble . I was over the moon walking out of Fatface with a pair of these lovely sandels . The name of the assistant was Mel . Thank you Mel you made my day .

Plymouth store at Drake circus is Excellent. Staff are more then helpful at the store , Claire one of the assistants is very obligingly at the store with advice on clothing to suit you .

The assistance was very polite ,she also talked to me which is so nice

Jamie and Rosie in Plymouth branch are an absolute stars . Jamie goes out of the way miles to sort any problem and meet the customer need to the highest level . Very polite and very patient , down to earth . The work ethics of Jamie is just from the bottom of all humanity heart . Rosie : young , warm welcoming to the customer as opposed to to majority of her age . Rosie had the skills that even the people who are from different age group in that shop lack to have

Just been in to Fat Face Drake Circus Plymouth this afternoon. This is ALWAYS my favourite clothing store in Plymouth but over the last week they have just had new stock pouring in and I found it harder than usual too choose.
The staff in there are brilliant. Always very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable about the stock.
I can't recommend this store highly enough.

Bought 2 x ladies summer trousers for the wife. Staff were great, helped me conceal 1 pair so I could keep it for her as a surprise. They even rushed it through the till whilst the wife was in the changing room 😂

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable and good service

The experience was very good as parcel delivery to store and received email updates on when it was ready to pick up. Staff were lovely in store and didn’t have to wait around too long for parcel.
