Bought 2 x ladies summer trousers for the wife. Staff were great, helped me conceal 1 pair so I could keep it for her as a surprise. They even rushed it through the till whilst the wife was in the changing room 😂

The experience was very good as parcel…
The experience was very good as parcel delivery to store and received email updates on when it was ready to pick up. Staff were lovely in store and didn’t have to wait around too long for parcel.

Store was shut
I had an email to say my order had arrived in store (plymouth)I went into collect but the store was shut for the day, with the price of fuel etc & parking charges so high i wasn't best pleased.

Breakyard cargo trousers
I ordered online and collected from the Plymouth store
Good comms and all worked well. The assistant suggested that I could try them on in the store to save me a return trip if they did not fit.
The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the issue with stitching on the back pocket flaps which make them stick out like pigs ears.

Great clothes and a good experience.
It was easy to order online from Fatface and collect from my local Plymouth shop. I like being given a choice of collection dates. My parcel arrived on time and the whole experience was pleasant and trouble free. (I do also enjoy purchasing from my local shop where I can touch the fabrics and try clothes on).
