Overwhelmingly good customer service
I was overwhelmed by the personal service i received today from Meg P and Kirsty. They were attentive, deeply knowledgeable about what they had in stock and they helped me identify what trousers would suit me best. I left with the right pair of trousers and more confidence in myself. I can't remember ever having better customer service in a Plymouth shop.

Outstanding customer service from Kirsty at Plymouth Fatface today. I had been looking for some warm, smart casual work wear for ages ended up buying 2 beautiful complete outfits that will be long lasting, high quality and the fits are so comfortable.
