Love the fit and service.

Tried the white jeans on in shop to big so had to order on line for smaller size no problem had them delivered to shop very quick and hassle free .

Nothing seemed to much trouble. Was extremely helpful. Found what I was looking for by checking the stock room. Then proceeded to order the size I required and was professional and friendly throughout.

Went into the store today and the staff were friendly and welcoming upon entering.

I tried on some clothing and Lisa made me feel valued and was very complimentary towards me.

I would definitely recommend anyone to pop in.

The children’s dry robes were well made and great value for money. The girls love them.

Everything fitted my husband well. ( So often when bigger sizes are bought for stocky torsos, it is assumed the arms have to be as long as a gibbon's!) He wore items straight away. Colours look great together and on him.

Was kept informed as to when order was being delivered. If I had returned item it appeared straight forward. What more could you wish

I have placed two orders now online for instore collection. Dispatch was speedy, and on both occasions arrived quicker than promised. Communication was excellent. The shop assistant instore (Plymouth) was really lovely in every way and very helpful. The items I returned were processed efficiently and I received my refund within a few days as advised. My only criticism is that many of the sol-called ‘extra-long’ garments are nothing of the sort; so be prepared for disappointment if you are tall and slim.

I ordered a discounted item online and collected from store. Easy and straightforward process. Sadly the item was too large so I had to return it to store. Unfortunately the discount period had ended and I was not prepared to pay full price for a smaller size. Lovely and very helpful staff, beautiful clothes, expensive but then so is everything these days…

I always get excellent service from fat face whether in shop or online

I’m always somewhere between a medium and a large size. I often find the large a bit baggy and the medium too short. This was exactly what I found when I tried on a jumper at the store. I explained this to the shop assistant and she very helpfully informed me that they often have tall versions of their sizes available. She checked and confirmed that they did indeed have the jumper I wanted in medium-tall, but not in Plymouth. She offered to order it in for either collection home delivery next day. This was a most pleasant surprise, and the jumper arrived as promised and is a perfect fit.

I was shopping for a dress to wear to the Strictly Christmas Special recording at Elstree Studios next month. Tsara, Lisa and Cathy helped me choose a beautiful long dress, in the right size (one size smaller than I had initially tried on) and gave me the confidence to buy it. They really made the shopping experience a pleasure.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the items ordered. I ordered a breton T shirt to replace one I've had for a few years, but is starting to look a little faded. The old faded one is far superior in quality, style and thickness. I'd added a plain white one to my order, this was just as poor quality as the breton one. I mentioned this to the shop manager on returning the items and asked her to pass on my comments. She more or less brushed them off and I know these were not forwarded onto customer services. After being a loyal customer of Fat Face for many years, I will not be buying from this company again.
