Excellent Customer Service
I received excellent customer service from Ben who took the time to go upstairs to the stock room to try and find the blouse I wanted in my size. He brought down two blouses in another colour so I could try the size I asked for. As it turned out I needed a smaller size. I would not have made the purchase if he had not been so helpful. I have to say, all of the other staff were very helpful as well.

Plymouth store Sunday 26th may 24
Went into the Plymouth store today had requested some jeans to be held back for me for collection. Sam could not of been more helpful or friendly with us. I purchased the jeans plus other items and he ordered another pair on line for me. Many thanks Sam!

I have visited FF every time I go into Plymouth and always chat to the staff! Have done this for over 20 years!! Love the clothes and always pick up something for myself or my brother’s family that live in Oz

An Easter Egg hunt made my visit more enjoyable for us all
I had a very enjoyable trip to the Plymouth store yesterday. I had my two young children with me so didn’t expect to stay long. I just wanted to try a jacket on that I’d seen online. However when we entered the store, Ella, one of the assistants invited my children to take part in an Easter Egg around the store. She gave them hints to find the eggs when they were stuck and they had a great time. I was able to browse more leisurely at all the new arrivals and it was much more enjoyable for me too knowing the children were occupied and not hassling me to leave the store. Ella even gave them a prize when they found all the eggs! Great idea Fat Face Plymouth!!
