What a lovely shopping experience…
I wanted to share what a lovely experience I had in Fatface Plymouth today. I was trying on some clothes, not normally my favourite thing, however Tsara made me feel at ease, was so helpful and gave me great advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Tsara and my whole experience was an enjoyable one. So if you need some help deciding what suits you I would definitely recommend the fabulous Tsara. My great experience didn't stop there. At the till I was greeted by Ellie who told me about how I could share my experience with everyone and Ellie was very friendly too.

Great customer service
Emma and Jake were really helpful and friendly in store. Emma saw me struggling with multiple items to try on and offered to take them to the changing room for me. She then went above and beyond in offering further assistance in finding the items I needed to buy. This was actually really appreciated, because I have trouble in standing for long periods of time and her help enabled me to come away with what I needed. Emma and Jakes customer service stood out and provided me with a fantastic shopping experience!

I'm really sorry to hear that you did not receive an email letting you know your order was ready to collect. Upon looking into it, I can see that the Plymouth store received your order and marked it as ready to collect on 14/07. They'll hold it for two weeks, so you have until 28/07 to collect it.
I'd advise checking your junk emails just in case the email went there, but if you didn't get a confirmation email please let us know and we can look into it right away. You can email us on customerservices@fatface.com.
