Excellent customer service and a lovely colleague instore, he was very apologetic about a faulty product that was delivered but I received a speedy refund and a lovely chat about said colleagues visit to the cricket, if you read this I hope you had a lovely time.

Limited return options when using Paypal for online purchase.
I like to use Paypal when paying online - I no longer feel I can do this with FatFace as it limits your return options, you cannot return via instore method anymore. As a result, the whole process takes longer for your refund when you are limited to postal returns. I understand that this is to do with the fact that Paypal now has a Pay over 3 months option - which I hasten to add, I do not use. I find this a backward step and inconvenient. Hence the four star review.

I absolutely love FatFace clothes
I absolutely love FatFace clothes - bought otter waterlily shorts for my daughter, giraffe shorts for my daughter in law. Two pairs of Skye skinny trousers in soft navy and soft gray. All perfect.
One jumper a little long - returmed easily at the local store to a really pleasant assistant. I cannot recommend their clothes and customer service enough.

Great service. Abigail gave clear guidance, having explored my needs in a top. She also suggested a colour she thought would suit me - it did!
