The Taunton Store is a Winner!
Walking into the Taunton store today, I was met with smiley staff and an offer of a treat for my dog. Very welcoming! I was served by Natalia today, and she was lovely and very helpful, looking for sizes for me. All the girls were very friendly. I was happy to see that Laura still works there too - she's always been a ray of sunshine in the Taunton branch with her lovely smile and friendly, helpful nature!. I saw her going back in as I was leaving. Great range of clothes and colours and nice big changing rooms. I love this shop!

Excellent customer service from Taunton store in Somerset. Natalia helped me with my purchase. I'm disabled in a wheelchair so clothes shopping is harder, but nothing too much. All the clothes are excellent quality.

Brilliant customer service
Hadn’t been into the Taunton store for a while and it had looked a bit tired and jaded the last I went in but wow what a change when I went in this time. It has been laid out beautifully and is so inviting. A member of staff was busy doing a gorgeous display of scarves but instantly greeted me and asked if he could help. Scott was lovely, the perfect mix of professional but with a bit of cheekiness thrown in, he knew exactly how to pitch the conversation. I hadn’t intended to buy anything but ended up with 3 scarves, what a salesman !!!!! I’ll definitely be back

Visited the Taunton store today. Suzi and Ben helped me with two pairs of jeans.They had to order them for me as I needed a size 6 which is not stocked in store.
