Great service
I wasn’t able to return an item to the store because I had used PayPal for payment of an online order. The girls completed my return note and sealed the bag so that I could go straight to the Post Office. All this without being asked.😊😊

A great FatFace experience!!
Today l visited FatFace in Taunton shopping for some summer shirts. I was really pleased with the help and advice I received from your two assistant, Tansel and Fiona. As a more mature single man shopping on my own their help with selecting suitable garments and advice on what looked good on me was invaluable and made the whole experience a pleasure.

If I could rate the staff as 6 stars, then I would! I was exchanging a variety of clothes and they couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating. They also informed me of the teacher discount that I could use which will definitely entice me back for more shopping! Thank you and see you again soon!

Purchase of goods on line Fat Face

Another quickly delivered Fat Face order - always live a Fat Face sale - quality items such as jeans at half price!
Had to return one item - easily done with Evri locker and refund was confirmed within 48 hours!
Then I went to Taunton - more goodies from the store - love that the sale is genuine cut prices!

Great selection of clothes and accessories, and good quality. I bought one item twice as a friend admired it so I treated her for her birthday.

Really good fit gilet & well made. I find fatface products a tad small so I always size up & then fits perfectly. Shipping was really quick too.

The extra mile
I asked for certain items in my size and they had just arrived, so they were still in packing cases in the stock room, so the manager went to the stock room and unpacked all the boxes to get the items I required.
I am very happy with my purchases and impressed that she went the extra mile for me.

I visited the Taunton Store today and was served by Fiona. She and her colleague were very welcoming and Fiona helped me with choosing and purchasing my items. I have a hidden disability and they were very understanding and gave me time to adjust to my suroundings and to make my choices. I receive emails regularly from FatFace with relevant offers. One tempted me into my local shop in Taunton to buy a new winter coat. The staff were friendly and not over attentive as they can be in some shops. There was a good range of styles and sizes. I like that the fitting rooms are spacious. When paying staff asked if I was eligible for a discount, explained those they accepted and were happy to wait while I signed up to enable to to claim 20% off. A really excellent service which encourages me to return!
