We had fairly good experience with Fedex in past but now we are getting lot of problems with shipments to USA,even lost parcels.FEDEX USA is cheating US customers and charge lot of extra money on tariffs.For example order of only $95 value they charge $68 on fees.50% insted of 13% or max 15%.They even add extra broker fees,what are supposed to be included in shipping.Bad company cheating customers !

It was crazy how uncomplicated he made it for me

I came in with my own stack of papers needing a few tabs and a coil binding. I had come in a few days earlier but there was an internet outage. He was compassionate on that day about not being able to provide service and when I returned a few days later, I was surprised I did not have to spell out what I needed and repeat myself several times. In fact he did things intuitively and according to my notes without discussion. I was extremely impressed. I thought he was reading my mind but he saw my notes and figured out where to put the tabs. It was crazy how uncomplicated he made it for me.

Beware if you are thinking of sending a package by FedEx.

I am having a terrible experience with FedEx at the moment that I wish to share because of the upcoming holidays. I ordered one of my meds from my mail order pharmacy on 10/25/22 and decided to pay extra for 2day shipping so I would receive it before running out. It was shipped from Canton OH on the 26th and arrived in Middletown, PA the same day. I checked the tracking # and was told it would arrive by 8pm on the 28th. Nothing arrived so I called CS this morning and was told it should arrive by 3:35 today. Still nothing. Called @5:30 for an update and was told it was scheduled for delivery on Nov. 1!! What?? My 2day shipping has now become 7day shipping. Why did I even bother? I don't use FedEx very often but I will never use them again. My question is how is it that I can order something from Amazon, at checkout they tell me when it will arrive and yet it will take FedEx 3 DAYS to get this package to Lancaster, PA which is 27 miles away. My suggestion would be to use the Post Office or UPS rather then FedEx. Better still order your present from Amazon and rest assured that it will arrive on time. BTW FedEx I shall be filing a claim with you for a refund. If you tell a customer your package will arrive in 2 days I do not think that 7 days is an acceptable result. Never over promise.

Delivery time was set to be before…

Delivery time was set to be before 8:00pm but they don't give an exact time of the drop off and my package was delayed two times , i then called customer service and an automated system responds taking like 5 mins just to get me to a real person to speak with I believe Fedex has a-lot to improve , this is my first time being their client but hopefully this will be my last time as well never want to deal with Fedex again !!!! Terrible experience

FedEx poor service

It’s so unfair that FedEx don’t post realistic delivery estimates. My recent experience with fedex was so poor beyond words. Whilst being in Jamaica for my dad’s funeral I urgently needed to send documents to the UK. Having checked the delivery times the website showed a delivery date within 5 days so I scheduled this at a cost of £186 +. I never would have arranged this if I’d known it was going to take more than 2wks. And yes, the documents arrived back to the UK on the same day that I did. None of the numbers on there websites work anymore to complain. What’s going on???

My tax extension is up today and at 6:10 p.m. my bookeeper gave me an unexpected last minute document that had to be shipped with today's date. I panicked. I called around and found this location was open till 7:00. I called and said I thought I could be there just before 7:00 and Jules and Tyler, the employees, said they would be there for me and help me. I got a bit lost and had to call them yet again and they were so patient to stay on the phone and help me find them. I then arrived I think at 7:01 and they welcomed me in, did NOT make me feel bad, had a great friendly happy funny disposition, which cheered me up; then stayed after and helped me print out my document (I was having trouble with my email) and gave me shipping options. They were SO kind and SO amazing and SO helpful because I was SO stressed and they calmed me down with their most awesome attitude! They saved me $1,000's of dollars in fines because of their willingness to watch out for my arrival and commitment to stay after with me and get my document printed and shipped out. Obviously they care about people and their job is not just a job to them. I tried to give them a generous tip because they were so kind and went above and beyond and saved me SO much money in late fees with IRS and they SO deserved the tip; but they said they were not allowed to take tips. So not only are they knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding but they are also honest and loyal to their employer! I know there are employees out there that certainly would have taken the tip. It was generous. Anyway, I cannot say enough about this location and Tyler and Jules. In a world where awesome customer service is EXTREMELY rare and ineptitude is at an all time high, these guys are to be commended. If they were my guys I would give them a raise!! Thanks FedX. Worst customer service

Worst customer service! They delivered my package to the wrong address. I called them the same day and they told me they delivered my package to the wrong address but had to open a case about it. I asked what the next action would be and he guy on the phone said they would try to get the package back but no guarantees. I then asked if they would reach back and the person on the phone said they would and then said have a great day and stay safe and hung up. No updates and i called back the next day. The guy informed me that they had escalated my case to a manager and he would reach out to me. He hung up after that. I received a voicemail from the “manager” apologizing and stating to call back for an update. I called back and the man said it wasn’t their fault as the shipper had put the wrong address so they were going to close down my case as they did nothing wrong. I told them that the shipper sent me the correct address on my confirmation email. The manager then said well we have the wrong address so it’s not our fault and we are not liable. Have a great day and stay safe. He then hung up. Worst customer service ever!!!

Exceptional and professional service. Superb!

My experience of Fedex has been absolutely exceptional. I must admit from drop off of my parcels to the timely and professional delivery has been exceptional. I am totally pleased with the service. My buyers have actually written to me to thank me for the pleasant service Fedex have provided. This has never happened before. I wish to say a huge thank you for a job well done!

AVOID USING FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!!

I live in Austria and I ordered an item from ebay from outside the European Union.
Europeans are forced to pay import taxes (EUSt.) in advance during the payment process on ebay.
However, a few days after my package arrived I got a letter with an INVOICE from FEDEX.
The invoice was for paying import taxes (again) and there was an additional FEDEX service fee of 5.00 EUR! I told FEDEX that I have already paid all taxes in advance but they did not care.
I soon understood that there was no way eliminating this double taxation issue from my side and therefore I accepted to pay the EUSt. twice, but I requested an invoice correction at FEDEX in their online platform as well as via email (tax calculation was incorrect due to an estimated item value which was too high). I sent FEDEX evidence for the item value (the original invoice) and then I waited for a response. The only response I got was another letter which was a very unfriendly DUNNING NOTICE. FEDEX threatened me with the DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY instead of sending me the requested corrected invoice! The only email responses I got from FEDEX were automatic replies from stupid email bots! FEDEX SERVICE is HORRIBLE despite the high prices and high fees – stay away from this kind of international money collecting agency / SCAM COMPANY!!!

Fedex fails again

Fedex fails again. A friend shipped a small one pound package to me from Cocoa, Fl. It went to Ocala, good so far. 3 days it was in Ocala! Called Fedex customer service 3 times. Nobody cihld tell me where the package was. Then it showed it left Ocala. The next day (18 hrs later, tracking showed it left Ocala again. Did not state what fedex point is was on it's way to. Finally it showed it was going to somewhere in Virginia. The package would be delivered the next day which is Sept 28. It was on Fedex Home Delivery, fancy title for Fedex Ground. It made it the Zelienople, Pa distribution center, showed out for delivery at 7:38 am. Mind you, when the package was shipped it was supposed to be here on the 25th. So now I just got a message that it's delayed there due to weather. Another ??? moment brought to by Fedex. I'm no more than 25 miles from where the package is. Weather delay? Bull! We had off and on rain today but I guess Fedex trucks are made of some kind of water soluble metal. (The photos show the messed up tracking and transporting on Fedex), darn, no way to add photos on here I guess. Nope, never again. Use UPS, they are more reliable. Through my employer, i can get a big discount on Fedex. I still prefer UPS. This package was shipped by a friend so it was the regular full charge. $30. Pony Express could have got it here sooner. Fedex doesn't does not give a, you know what, about their customers. Even tried telling customer service i wanted to speak to a management person. Denied all 3 times. All 3 times I also got someone that was very very hard to understand. They weren't US based customer service. Fedex evidently outsources their Customer Service where they can get cheap help. Fed Ex has become the worst shipping…

Fed Ex has become the worst shipping company in the nation. They used to be the 2nd best behind UPS. They send bogue delivery attempt messages! I was expecting a package that required a signature, so I had to make sure I was home to sign for it. I was home waiting the first day, then I received a message that they attempted the delivery and no one was home. Wrong! They never came. My security cam is proof. I called the customer service and she said that she would send them back the same day for another try. You guessed it, it never happened. The next day, again the same thing. Got a message that the attempted delivery wasn't successful. What a bunch of lies! Now, they are supposed to make a last attempt tomorrow. If they do the same thing, the package won't be delivered. Avoid them! Management needs to be fired.

Another terrible review for FedEx

Another terrible review for FedEx! I paid $28 for priority overnight shipping for a "live" delivery - waited at home all morning to then find out they left one of their "sorry we missed you" stickers on my mailbox after not attempting to contact me nor did the package require a signature (and they left other FedEx packages in the mailroom). I called FedEx upset, and their rep David initially told me I'd have to drive across the city after 6pm to pick it up. I said that was unacceptable and THEIR ERROR and they need to fix it or everything I purchased will be dead. Was then told my package would be delivered 4-5pm today. At 5:20 still nothing and when I call again am now told I was lied to/the re-delivery was NEVER scheduled. Was then told if I want the package prior to Monday I now have to go pick it up and spend 30min each way to get there/back. FedEx is THE WORST with THE WORST service. I also spoke with their vendor who has had these issues in the past and is switching to UPS. Don't use FedEx!!

If i could give negative stars i would….this place doesn't even need to be open this is my 2nd time getting a package via this crappy of a business and once again there in a complete different city saying they attempted to deliver my package but no one was home and even the representative confirmed my address this happend back in January i never got my package and still have yet to even get a refund idk what the heck is goin on here but someone needs to shut this place down this is crazy ridiculous im over it and they wont do crap about it because they don't care they already got there money but i guarantee i wont get a refund if the package goes back just like last time im gonna attempt to get ahold of corporate,the BBB and who ever else i can this is a major issue
