Given four delivery dates, two text messages confirming delivery, spoke to two managers, both 'promised' me deilvery on the fourth date and guess what, nothing.

I wish to complain about the service I got today, Friday, 5/28/2021, between 10:15 AM and 10:45 AM EST, from a female team member of the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 189 Eighth Ave, New York, NY 10011. I would like to get some explanations as to why your team member was brief to the point of rudeness with all of my simple questions, why your team member was eager to show me she was occupied and did not have time to help me when there were no customers in the store, except me; and why your team member could not even make an attempt to help me.
I left sad and displeased because your FedEx Office employee failed to offer any help even though I politely asked her more than two times.
I turned to the UPS Store at Eighth Ave for help. The UPS Store employee told me that your FedEx Office team member at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 189 Eighth Ave, New York, NY 10011, discriminated against me.

Have never had a good experience with FedEx. Saying my package was delivered at a time when I was literally at home 10 feet from my door and they never showed up, only for it to appear the next day after contacting customer service, lost packages that never even made it to a facility, FedEx is trash. Every single time I have had FexEx deliver a branded package I’ve had issues. Would rate 0 if possible.

I’m very unhappy with them. They deliver my packages to the wrong address. They deliver My sons birth certificate to another house the driver didn’t get a signature but he didn’t feel like it took me two weeks to find where they delivered it to. They are annoying as hell I’ll stick shipping through the post office Or UPS.
FedEx is the worst company ever
This has got to be the worst company that ever existed. I've been waiting on a package that I need for my job and 5 times a Fed Ex truck has come by my house on a 20 house street and made deliveries to other people but not once did they stop to deliver my items. I have called, texted, posted to them on social media and am not getting any resolution. I paid money for this item and now it looks like I won't get it. Something needs to be done about FedEx.

Not sure what happened to this company. Over the past 10 years or so they have steadily declined in service and customer care. Packages are routed all over larger states before they leave on their journey to their final destination. I'm not sure if it's their routing software or employees just don't care. I see they've even turned to declaring they are a delivery service and don't estimate shipping dates anymore.

FedEx is totally incompetent. My most recent interaction was a lost package. Left at a neighbors house this time. My problem to find it. They never did respond to my call. They sometimes just drop packages on the street next to mailboxes. Perishable items no less. I request UPS or USPS when given a choice.

So I am returning a Iwatch to Apple! Apple sent me a return slip for Fed X. It was picked up on May 7th it is now May 18th with no movement at all on the tracking site. I have spoken to 3 different people at Fed X regarding my Return Package to Apple they said we show that is was signed in on the 18th of May but we do not know if it is lost, damaged or sent on to the next transfer site!!!! I called apple and they assured me that I would be getting a refund for the watch $479.00, Now I am worried because I have ordered a $1700.00 iMac that I have not received yet, but I did cancel this with Apple and they sent me another Fed X return label, after talking to them about my Watch issue they told me to refuse delivery from Fed X, but now if they will leave if (which they do from time to time without any signature) when I am not home, Apple told me to call them back and they would get me another label. Here I go again! what a mess!

I have to receive a shipment from abroad (Bolivia). Fedex.lt After receiving information that the shipment has reached the destination country, I wrote a letter to contact me and I Fedex sent the necessary documents for customs clearance. Instead of contacting me, Fedex.lt transferred my personal data to a third party "Translaineris" UAB. This is a breach of European personal data protection law. The action takes place in Lithuania. If I receive a parcel from a third country, Fedex.lt does not clear it, but passes on personal data to a third party. This is bad very bad. Just pathetic Fedex

Package sent to me from MI was to arrive in seven days. Fedex tracking system and phone agent told me it would definitely arrive 5/14/21. It sat for over four days at its point of origin in MI. Phoned FEDEX again after four days and was told it would be here 5/14/21. On 5/14/21 I phoned FEDEX again. They said package would be delivered on 5/14/21 before end of day. I called Fedex in the late afternoon. The agent finally admitted the package had not yet arrived in Illinois! So they have been lying all along. Even if it was already in IL, it takes over 36 hours, non-stop to get it to its' destination in Oregon. Fedex knows that it isn't possible to get it to Oregon in 36 hours by truck, but lied anyway! Now one of their tracking sites says it can't find the package number in their system. Another of their tracking sites says the package is on its way to IL but hasn't arrived there yet. It adds that there is no date for delivery in Oregon and doesn't know when it will be scheduled. Called Fedex and was told that they have NO IDEA when it will arrive in Oregon and no scheduled delivery date. FEDEX AGENTS AND THE FEDEX TRACKING SYSTEM HAVE TOLD ME LIES ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROGRESS OF MY PACKAGE. IT IS A PACKAGE I HAD TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR. i LOST AN ENTIRE DAY OF WORK TO BE AT HOME. EVEN THIS MORNING WITH THE PACKAGE THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY AND THEM KNOWING IT, THEY STILL TOLD LIES THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY.
Rubbish delivery dates! Dont rely on them.
Promised delivery time 6.00 pm one day, didn't deliver; then promised "End of Day", didn't deliver. By this time it was too late to get hold of anyone but the robot online which sent me round in circles until i finally was told that delivery would be 10.00 the same day so it should have been done! The following day, no updated delivery time was sent but the delivery was made before 10.00 so the robot must have got it wrong. Quite useless! Why give a delivery date and time if you cant fulfil it?

Delivery times are not met
I bought a dress for a holiday in one online store. The sender sent on time. The delivery date for the package was set on May 7th. The package was already in Kiev on May 3. Holiday on May 10. But the package never arrived. The holiday is ruined. Address is correct. There was also a telephone. But no one called me, and I did not receive any package. Terrible service. All deadlines were violated. The campaign may simply leave the package and not send it to the recipient.
