I have been waiting for a package while…

I have been waiting for a package while working from home 24/7 for the past year and the tracking system says that they tried to deliver both yesterday and today which they didn't.

THEY NEVER DID

This is illegal. False statements. I have been home all day as 90% of the world due to the pandemic. NOBODY tried to deliver. They did not make a phone call, they did not ring, they did not left any note.

Customer support won't pick up the phone.

I will look into legal ways to address this officially.

I'm lost for words!!

I'm lost for words!!

My package was supposed to arrive on Friday last week. Now they claim that they tried to deliver both yesterday and today which they didn't. I have been home all day (for the same reason). It is impossible to call customer service, my call gets cancelled after 32 minutes waiting... Will do everything I can to avoid Fedex going forward.

Do not believe them

This is the second time I have had the unfortunate experience of thisdelivery company absolutely diabolical we are here for the customer complete rubbish was sent email that delivery would be 9/04/2021 don’t think so again like last time no email to state they didn’t even have the parcel to deliver as I had contacted the retailer who had phoned them to chase it up this company does not deserve to be in business and I for one will not be buying again from a retailer who uses them

MacBook Air package still missing

I had a scheduled shipment date for a very expensive computer to be delivered on April 3, 2021 (yesterday).

I live in a secured building so I woke up early in the morning and sat in the window all day so I would not miss this important delivery. (My window is directly above the main entrance to the building.)

At 2:38 pm I received a notification from FedEx that my package was delivered and signed for by me!

Impossible and I live alone.

I ran downstairs to check if by chance I somehow missed the delivery and looked for a door tag but there was none.

I immediately contacted FedEx and filed a complaint. The customer service representatives (I called three separate times) all said something “odd” was going on because my package said delivered but it also showed three other scans on their end: “in transit, customer not home, and mis-delivery”.

An investigation was started and I was given a case number and told someone would update me by the end of day.

That never happened.

Today I woke up and checked my tracking number and it said: “recipient refused package, shipped back to seller”.

I called FedEx extremely upset and asked how in the world could I have received and signed for my package yesterday, yet today I refused to accept it?

The customer service agent agreed that was impossible and that something “strange” was going on with my delivery.

He went on to say that there was no way possible that my package was located where the tracking notification stated, because the site is closed for the weekend.

So WHO is entering this false and fraudulent information?

I was told that the case manager assigned to my case is off for the weekend and to expect a call sometime tomorrow. They would not give me the person’s name assigned to my case.

I need my computer for work and I spent my hard earned money on it. I hate to say this, but it sounds like someone within FedEx tried to steal my computer and they are covering it up. Just my personal opinion.

Whatever the case may be, FedEx needs to get to the bottom of it and contact me immediately.

I ordered some clothes which never…

I ordered some clothes which never arrived. Instead I got a package which contained a used face cream! They stole my items and replaced it!
I was shocked how horribly dishonest people work there! I contacted customer care. They promised to look after it which of course never happened.
I can't believe there are still companies who use them as a delivery service. Don't use fedex unless you want to throw your money in the bin.
From now on I always double check it isn't fedex who deliveries from where I order.

CORRUPT

I dont know where to begin. Shipment (813754513987) was due to arrive today. Marked as urgent and sent with International Priority. Has now been stuck in customs in Belgium for 2 days. Customs staff from Stansted Airport have been lying and advised its due to EORI number wrong. Lies. Customer service staff confirmed its live and working all ok and they have no idea why they didnt clear it, I have been on the phone from 9am until 10pm non stop. Been cut off 24 times and spent a total of 19 hours on hold. I have been promised a call back for 24 hours now. Nobody has called. Despite escalations to the highest point (or so they said) not a single person has called back. No calls, no emails. Customer escalations manager Jim from UK Customer Escalations office was on a 'break' when I called and unable to take my call which I thought was professional. Despite pleading it was a matter of life and death. I have now started a legal case and will sue for every penny lost due to staff lies and custom staff member lies turning it around on a customer (me) making it look like the delay was my fault. STAY AWAY!!

Do not trust FedEx

Do not trust FedEx customer service or drivers. They're terrible. I need my package from Dell so I can ship my laptop and they keep leaving door tags, promise I'll get it the next day (twice so far) and refused to make the driver come back 2nd day. Also, their website won't let me set up My Delivery to avoid future problems and their tech person still hasn't fixed the issue. Ridiculous. Worst customer service ever. If they fail again tomorrow will ask Dell to send me the packaging labels via UPS. No more chances.

My packages was supposed to be delivered Monday. Now it’s 3 days later and my delivery status is pending an has been sitting for 3 days. They tried to blame USPS but they don’t even have my package. I work for USPS don’t blame my company on ur mess ups. This is thee worse shipping company ever. How are they backed up when we deliver packages and mail daily an we are not backed up? They said they turned it over to USPS if that was true they would have a tracking number I’m not a dummy every package we get is scanned so it would show if we had it. Just tell the truth and say u lost it or that it’s still sitting not that you turned it over to USPS. My company is one of the best to deliver in a timely manner and I would have it by now! Just deliver my stuff. I would have put insurance on it had I known it was coming thru you guys.

Packages Everywhere!

My package came all beat up. The drivers never leave packages in the designated spot and even though I've contacted the company and was told they would pass the complaint to the proper people, I've never heard anything back and the problem still exists.

The worst company

I bought something online. FedEx charged me for the tax fee but didn't well inform me until I found several reminders in my mailbox, which has escalated to debt collection. I was charged a lot of extra fees, wasted a lot of time. They could have called me or sent me an email to make sure I was informed in time. But they didn't. That really sucks. Garbage company. I how they go bankrupt as soon as possible!

The worst company anyone could create…

The worst company anyone could create or use or recommend.
I mean, I just had my car damaged just because this company didn't bother to deliver my cover.
I did blame the car cover company, but I have had even worse experiences with FedEx and I know it is their fault.
AVOID!

Slow shipping

Slow shipping. They are better than UPS but still too slow. USPS is better than either of them. It used to be just the opposite. For the prices they are charging it should be next day.

Always late

How is it that FedEx Schedules deliveries, and are still always day late? Always.

It does not matter what kind of delivery you pick they consistently deliver every single package that is sent through them 1-5 days late, if it shows up at all.

You might say "Oh, it's the Pandemic!" Nope. When I lived in Oregon in 2016 they delivered ALL of my packages to my neighbors regardless of if I was home or not, then when I called to inform them about it they told me to stop complaining because I got my packages.

The ONLY FedEx locations that are worth ANYTHING are the print shops. Anything else is just a bunch of stuck up jerks who don't know, or care how to do their job.
