I do not have the right words to express my negative opinion of this FedEx representative in Warrington. I received an incomplete notification in my mailbox, I rummaged a lot in my e-mail to find out that a non-existent person with a strange name received my shipment on May 5, to my address. And I have not received anything and such a neighbor does not exist, because even in the FedEx system is written the address and number of my house. I try to contact the phones of the "great" company to no avail, and after I managed to outwit their system and talk to one of their employees pretending to be their future client, I had a promise they will contact me and guess if they did. I would never use them for personal purposes, in this case it depends on the sender unfortunately !!!!
And when I lied to their system on a second try and dialed a phone number pretending that I'm outside of the UK, I finally contacted them to find out that my box was in Warrington. I ask who will pay me for the lost nerves, for the business I miss, because the shipment is related to my business and for the International phone call ??? Who ???

A PARCEL WAS SENT TO ME FROM KENSINGTON (LONDON)TO STREATHAM (LONDON) ON FRIDAY 06/05/21 AT 14.23 (LAST WEEK). WE ARE TODAY THURSDAY AND STILL NO PACKET. THEY KEPT ME LISTENING TO THEIR ATROCIOUS MUSIC 3 TIMES FOR MORE THAN 25 MN AND THEN THEY HANG UP.
BY FAR THE VERY WORST CARRIER IN THE UK.
THEY REALLY THINK THAT THEIR CLIENTS DON'T DESERVE ANY CONSIDERATION WHATSOEVER.

Get Anyone Else but These Bums

I live on the second floor and I bought a recliner which was shipped by fedex and came in a box. There wasn't anyway for me to have it brought up the stairs, (I'm disabled), and the driver didn't even notify me when he showed up; he just dropped the box inside the door on the first floor and thank God I looked out just as he was arriving so I had time to go and get the box. If I hadn't seen him anyone could have grabbed the chair and I would never know.

Never use them

I sent a parcel to Turkey with them.
You can't reach them.
They don't reply to any phone call, only emails once a week.
They don't care about your problem, just adds additional costs
I'll never ever use them again.

These pigs will not cooperate with you nor answer your questions related to lost packages. Tried phone, online claim form and e-mail. It has been 3 weeks since my package went lost and they won't answer! Do not use them.

Impossible to do a Return.

I ordered something on line which was posted to me using Fedex. One item didn't fit so I have to return it using the Fedex return label.
You put your postcode into the website and it gives you the nearest stores that will take the package.
But the first three I took the package to say they don't deal with Fedex UK. So this is a load of nonsense. Now I have to drive all the way to their Heathrow depot just to return a package. Incorrect info on their website . Seems no one cares.
Will not use again.

Not Fedex anymore

Don't bother using it for international shipping. There is an airwaybill to pay but they never tell me and cannot even find a method of paying it. They don't pick up phone call and never reply emails in the UK.

I'm going to be suing FedEx in Court. This is the most reprehensible company on earth and I blame one man: Fred Smith. He's created a culture of 'denial'.

FedEx lost my package and refuses to discuss it. They messed with the wrong guy. I'm an attorney and I will LOVE suing FedEx. They will spend $2 million in legal fees and I will win $2 billion. WAIT AND SEE.

Fedex drivers steal my packages

My order for the MacBook Pro M1 I bought from the B&H Photo Video Store has not reached me.
The FedEx Driver did not deliver my order. The driver "delivered" in front of his delivery address, but did not deliver the order.
He received the package himself with a forged signature as a signature.
The name of the recipient writes the names of people I do not know. It uses the name "DIMITRI". I do not know such a person.
FedEx drivers do not deliver expensive packages.
FexEx and B&H still do not refund my money, although I have reported this over and over.

I don't know who is in charge of…

I don't know who is in charge of FEDEX(CEO) but they need to be fired immediately! This company was great at one time now, I generally ask if I am ordering for my business if I have a choice of delivery companies!
Fedex no longer will deliver to secure locations, I have found my medical supplies left outside after we have closed, no tags on the door any longer to inform there was a delivery attempt, and speaking to the office they blather on about doing better and do nothing!
This my guess: in order to improve their bottom line they are hiring very incompetent drivers, not training them, and not insuring the drivers uphold the standards the company once had.
In short I do everything possible to avoid dealing with Fedex. I have even sat down and written a letter to the CEO about these issues and nothing was ever done.
I'm going to short the stock!

For a product ordered in 2020 I never received a bill from FedEx and they had opened a complaint, then made me pay twice the amount without making the effort to contact me (since they are a delivery company they have my phone, e-mail and adress).
UPDATE: Unfortunately I had no choice but to choose this company again to ship another product from the US. Product was ordered on 23rd of January 2021 and as of today (27th of April 2021) I received nothing. What would it have been wihout "FedEx International Priority" ?

FedeX went to the dogs

FedeX used to be synonymous with fast and efficient. In recent months however, my packages get their estimated arrival date cancelled and the packages get parked somewhere for days. You can only blame the weather (the storms are long over) and Covid so far, before it becomes evident that the problem is with the company and nowhere else. Get back to your past successful actions, before you yourself become a thing of the past.

A new low in service,

... in my experience.

This is the first time I've ever bought anything online where the vendors have used Fedex for delivery. Before I buy anything online in future, I'll check with the vendor who they use for delivery. If it's FedEx, I'll cancel the order and find another vendor. This, my first experience of their service, indicated that FedEx seem to take disregard for purchaser to a level below any I've previously experienced with any delivery company.

I received a text on Wednesday 21st April, telling me to expect delivery on the following morning of a birthday present for my niece. I had intended being out for most of that day but rescheduled my plans so that I could receive the item.

Not only did no delivery take place but FedEx made no apology for my inconvenience. Indeed there was no communication from them at all until I received a text late this [Friday] morning telling me that the parcel would be delivered sometime today.

This was highly inconvenient for me - a physically disabled 75-year-old - as I had had to re-schedule to today the arrangements which I had intended to carry out yesterday so would be out whenever the delivery was attempted.

Getting through to speak to a human being in their Customer Service Department to try to reschedule the delivery - now promised for next Monday - proved another ordeal; it took so long but there was no way that I was letting go until I knew that the delivery could be postponed to a time that was convenient for ME, rather than FedEx. I felt sorry for the poor woman to whom I spoke. She used a lot of customer service jargon and I suppose that, from her point of view, she had done her job. It seemed to me a real pity that the operational side of FedEx hadn't done theirs as properly.

As a coda to this sorry state of affairs, I left feedback on the FedEx website for: service delivery [0/10]; and customer service [5/10]. As I waited to record some of these comments on my experience, I was cut off! Which left me: wondering whether FedEx is really bothered about the delivery service they provide; and with no option than to post on here.

FedEx does not listen

Have repeatedly asked our then to put packages on porch, the driver continues to put in front of garage door in plain view of the street. And of course we backed over one and now having to try to fight for the money back. Are all drivers this lazy or just ours? And try getting anyone on phone is a waste of time, I cannot take your complaint and can’t pass it on. Sorry I cannot transfer you and I do not have the phone number to contact them. No I cannot get anyone to call you back. Customer service is dead at this company

Thank you for mis-routing my…

Thank you for mis-routing my perscription. It's already late but now it's going to be even later. When a package is mis-routed it's either incompetence from lack of training or just plain laziness.
I need my prescription not excuses. FedEx is competing with USPS as the worst delivery service behind DHL.
