Delivery’s are always late or…

Delivery’s are always late or rescheduled. Drivers do not follow directions. Call to have package delivered 5 times in a week! Always being reassured the package will be there by end of day, not to arrive!!

Fake attempted deliveries

I was home all three times that they claimed to have made delivery attempts, and also there was no delivery notice sticker left on front or back doors during any of those alleged delivery attempts. I called their office number and they just let it ring off the hook. For another delivery last week they faked the first delivery, while I was home and no sticker left; then made the delivery the next day while I was home again, but just tossed the package outside my apartment door where it could have been stolen. They've been doing this as far back as 2019 when I had to cancel a big order because they again had made no delivery attempts.

FedEx and Apple Mind Games

Tom Peters, Customer Service Guru, once rated FedEx as a company that had "A Passion for Customers". My experience this past week and in review of complaints against FedEx through Trustpilot prove that this accolade was lost long ago. I was expecting a package and received notification from Apple that my package would be delivered earlier than expected and on the 9th showed it was out for delivery by noon. I happened to be home and Noon came and went -- then a delivery update, by end of day -- still nothing. I checked the status online and discovered that a delivery attempt had been made! Quite annoyed with this, I called FedEx to voice my concern that no delivery attempt had been made -- I have the Nest footage to show that there was no attempt. The rep ignored this vital point and stated that this was due to bad weather -- wrong -- no bad weather, but she still ignored my concerns. Then she suggested I go to the distribution center to pick up the package which was about 50 minutes away and they closed at 8pm -- Also, Apple puts a restriction on delivery changes, so I would have gone there for nothing. Then the worst of it -- she tells me that my package wasn't supposed to deliver until the 16th anyway. Frustrated with this attitude I gave up. The next day, the status still showed out for delivery, but when I checked later that morning at 10:30, the FedEx site showed that the package delivery had been attempted at 10:00 am!! Again, I was home and nothing. I contacted FedEx again and shared my frustration over this and when asked who I could call to complain, I was told I would have to complain to Apple based on their agreement with FedEx -- even though FedEx is playing games with the delivery! I got nowhere! How could FedEx not care about how their business is perceived? What's the real story? So even though I attempted to work with Apple -- also frustrating, the package sits at the distribution center for 5 days until Apple decides when it should deliver. Even after asking for the restriction to be lifted, that request went into a black hole and when I inquired about the status, they said I should wait for at least 6 days before getting an update from the their transport team. Seriously? We will see come tomorrow if the package actually arrives! I won't be surprised if it doesn't arrive.

Shipping speeds are slow and no updates provided. It shouldn’t take 6 days to get product across the USA these days. Items sit after being picked up and slow tracking updates. UPS is better.

I ordered from Singapore to Prague, 1.2.2021 shipped by DHL, delivered 3.2.2021, price 1350 CZK (+-60USD) super fast and clear info tracking.

I'm not going to complain about the…

I'm not going to complain about the FedEx drivers, at least the guys who come out to my house - they're hardworking and honest. But the dispatchers and the people who schedule the runs and behind them, the customer service people, are seriously disjointed and need to improve. We had a very expensive item coming that first, FedEx attempted to deliver it (good so far) but then essentially lost track of it. A FedEx driver, making a different delivery, even contacted another driver to confirm this expensive item was on the other driver's truck (the other driver confirmed it was) and to commit the other driver to a delivery time later that afternoon. However, no-one showed and no-one contacted us. The online system only showed that a signature was needed. The customer service rep I finally got to talk to indicated the delivery would be attempted the next day, so I waited around all the next day but again, no-one showed and no-one contacted us. The online system had no updated information and the customer service rep could not tell me where the item was. Who believes it true that FedEx can't locate an item in transit? How could you remain in business if this were true? To conclude, I told the rep to have the item delivered to a local FedEx center, a Walgreens (again, if they didn't know where the package was, how could they have its endpoint changed? Very insulting of my intelligence.), but, lo and behold, the FedEx driver brought it to my house the next day. I don't know if this review is one or two stars since I actually eventually received the item, but here's my suggestions: tell the customer the actual truth about the shipment if they ask; keep your online systems current, and communicate with the customer if and why you can't make a delivery. I'm not going to be unreasonable if a driver can't make it, but being told one thing when something else is true - twice - is just bad business.

The drivers are a joke

The drivers are a joke. Every time my chewy boxes are delivered, the driver leaves it propped in front of my gate door. This makes it seriously hard to open the gate door, without almost taking the door down.
Not to mention NO MATTER THE WEATHER they always leave ANY PACKAGES in the weather, why can't they bring them to the porch. Do you hear or see out side dogs, I have inside dogs.

This is a company that makes an effort to make sure their customers are NEVER happy.

I stayed home as my delivery was planned to be delivered today before 6PM - but since the last scan was in China 2 full days ago I decided to contact their so-called support line.

The agent provided me with zero helpful information and told me 'some times there are delays', as if i weren't able to figure this out. When i askeed why the time for delivery was still marked as today she couldn't answer and told me to contact the sender.

So now i have to contact the sender so they can ask Fedex to do the job they were paid to do.

Obviously delays can happen - and that is fine. But Fedex you have ONE JOB and that is to keep us up to date with accurate delivery times so we know what to expect. But when it comes to that, it seems that you enjoy making your customers angry.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! If I could have given no stars. Liars! Thieves! Fedex promised scheduled delivery on 1/20th but it arrived on 1/25th. FedEx is trying to blame 'no guarantee' on Covid 19 since March 2020. They abuse the policy by putting their interest before the client. They choose the worst route for the cargo from Beverly Hills to Memphis to Koeln in Germany to Cologne back to Koeln and then to Israel. There was no delay in custom. There was a delay in delivery just bc the route that was selected by FedEx making it cheaper for them knowing Consumers can make no claims for a refund. Well, I am going to dispute the charge and file a claim in Court. They are terrible!

Avoid. Fedex: Not fit for purpose.

Fedex should be avoided, they are worst of all the services. I've had two 'deliveries' in past few weeks where they just 'dump n run', don't even attempt to see if anyone is in or leave a card. First delivery was apparently stolen off front door step, second (this week) left in pouring rain and unusable by the time it was found. My experience is UPS, APC, Royal Mail & Amazon deliveries all make an effort to deliver safely. Hermes hit & miss, Fedex just miss. Premium brand, junk shop quality & zero customer care (no response to direct questions)

Fedex local reputation

I think due to Fedex Global reputation, there is an expectation UK FedEx is professional. NO. Maybe different in other parts of UK but not around my way, Wallingford depot service was frustrating. Tracking record over several days kept saying time expected delivery, but then would switch to delivered. As homeworking I would go looking for parcel at neighbours and local shops, nope. Not good during pandemic. So call Fedex and told several times driver had pressed wrong button on devise and actually taken package back to depot as resident not in for signed delivery. We have CCTV, no one came near house on the three missed delivery occasions. Driver even added in resident signed for details as Mr P. PPPP, which is alot of accidental button pressing. Eventually got package delivered, by scruffy driver, 10 days late and packaging very damaged and dirty. Drivers Fed Ex van was a rust bucket, can't believe it had an MOT. Lady on customer phone service was really good, but clearly the service was Wallingford depot issue. Would not recommend use of this delivery company if live in Peterbrough.

Unfortunately I have to give a star. Doesn't deserve that.

Ordered a package from the UK with christmas presents from our family, babies winter clothes in and a bottle of perfume a friend asked us to add. Everything was moving a long fine until it hit Turkey and was wrongly put into customs there. First I was advised a MSDS form would be needed. I tried to locate one and eventually had to pay for it. Oh wait, they changed their mind a MSDS form can't be used. Well that was a waste of time and money.

So I asked could the perfume just be removed. No, I would need to pay for an external broker to to that. Now the package is valued at £600 and a honest broker said it wouldn't be worth doing it as it would cost more than that. Funny, I found out that fedex has a brokerage service and advised the clearance agent of that. Suddenly the perfume can be removed.

Then I questioned why it was in customs in Turkey when the package was not destined for Turkey. Oh... a mistake. It will leave customs within 5 working days.

2 weeks later and nothing. When I ask the clearance agent what is happening. I get a response of "I'll update you"

When? It's already wrongly been there for over 40 days.

Seems 2022 is already creeping up on me.

Fedex UK are just as bad. Response from customer service "There's a backlog in Turkish customs". Oh, well that's great. Just take my package out, as it shouldn't be there and that will clear an item off the backlog.

THEY LOST MY PARCEL CONTAINING IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS

I used Parcelforce Worldwide, and paid £38 to send IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS from Oxfordshire to Malaga, Spain on a one-day Priority service. PFW tracking suggested that it is somewhere (they don’t know where) at a ‘National Hub’, but the lady at their Customer Service told me it was not their responsibility anyway, as it was Fedex who were handling it.
I managed to find a Fedex tracking number (782351780211), but it has no information whatsoever on the package whereabouts.
I emailed them and received an instant reply thanking me for using Fedex (I didn’t) and informing me that they too have no idea where my parcel is.
THEY HAVE LOST MY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS.

A replacement credit card was left in…

A replacement credit card was left in the middle of my driveway in the standard overnight mailer. Very disappointed in this service! I called Fed Ex to complain and was told I would receive a call back, which did not happen. The next day I tried their ‘chat’ option and after waiting in their que, was told no one was available to chat. POOR customer service. I realize delivery services are swamped, but this is really not acceptable.

Worst shipping company ever

Worst shipping company ever. These people don't belong in the shipping business. I work for a small business and we get our fair share of packages delivered. Almost every time a package is coming by FedEx, there is always almost an issue. We have had 3 of our packages within a month get delivered to the wrong address and they were unable to locate them so they had to refund our money for the lost products. Other times the shipment comes damaged or it looks like someone has opened the boxes and tried to tape them back closed. Also our orders are to be delivered to the back door and there is a huge sign on the front, I mean you can't miss it but some of the delivery drivers can't seem to read. Well, they have seem to have managed to lose yet another one possible 2 of my packages again. I was supposed to receive one shipment yesterday and it never came. The entire day and evening it said the shipment was going to arrive today and it never did. Then the the next day it says my shipment is still on it's way and it's listed in "pending" in other words, they lost my package and they do not know if or when they will find it and if or when I will receive it. My other package is supposed to be here on the 15th but who would have guessed, Oh my, that package is being delayed but not to worry, it is still on it's way. No new delivery info. is available at this time. How is this company still in business?
