Faulty gloves and poor customer service
Ordered some gloves for my daughter. When they arrived one was bigger than the other. One fit her, the other fit me and she’s 10 years old! I expected not to have to pay for the return as they were faulty and unwearable, but no. I have to pay for postage to return them for a refund. Poor customer service.
Edit just to clear, my issue was with the fact I had to pay for the return. My daughter doesn’t want another pair as I have concerns about quality control now.

Your thorn proof gauntlets really work. Even the barbed spines of some cactus don't get though but just stick into the outer layer.
I've several very prickly cacti to repot and now I'm looking forward to it.

Decent, sturdy gloves
These are pretty good sturdy gloves with lots of protection and seem to be pretty thornproof. But they are not as good as the Briers Thinsulate I was looking to replace largely as they are not warm so not a great winter glove.

Contacted customer service who replied with curt emails and poor attitude.
Shame, because I use the rest of the glove range regularly and they do the job.
It's just that the waterproof gloves are not waterproof.

Hello. You placed an order in 2022 and another order in march 2024, we have not received any complaints from you with issues about any of the products sold. We have also not located a response sent to you. You are stating we replied with curt emails and poor attitude, unfortunately we cannot find any correspondence with regards to any of both orders. Can you please get in touch and let us know what the issues are? We do not sell an waterproof gloves, only water resistant but neither of both orders had this product? We are curious on to what happened here.

Sizes run huge for children. Customer service non-existant
All run huge, nothing like the children's sizes mentioned. Need to return all. Can't return without hearing back from them by email and they're not replying to me!
They state they have not had this feedback, but they don't fit my hands and I'm an adult!
They also state I didn't give my order number. I could have been found by email. Again, poor customer service.
Will not use again.

We apologise for the experienced issues. We have not received any other negative feedback with regards to children glove sizing. We will review the gloves against the size charts once they are returned. The delay in this instance has not been down to poor customer services, our return policy clearly states to provide us with a reason AND a order number. Order number in this instance was not provided delaying the dealing with the request. If an order number had been provided the request would have been dealt with in good times. Sorry for the inconvenience

from ordering to delivery was just 3 days. I am a size 8 ladies glove so I ordered the small and they fit perfectly.
I wore them for 2 hours on the first day clearing bramble, blackthorn and hawthorn and for the first time ever my hands/arms didn't get a scratch.
