Thought I had bought ‘seconds’ Obviously no quality control leather badly trimmed, excess in one place cut short on seam likely to give way, D ring on one glove broken leaving a sharp piece of protruding plastic, if there was meant to be a clip for storage purposes it was missing.

We are very sorry you are disappointed with the product. We find your comments about lack of quality control unfair as we sell 1000`s of pair of gloves every year and such feedback is very unusual. We accept the responsibility of the poor quality but we do feel that "no quality control" comment is unfair. We produce and sell thousand soft pairs of gloves annually and random spot checks in manufacturing and before despatch are performed. Not every glove is checked and due to the manual craftsmanship a small margin of error can be expected. The best brands and most expensive products are not error-free. We apologise for this and will issue a full refund as requested
