Fantastic buy from the lovely people at Fenetic Wellbeing. Well worth every penny.
Far cheaper than hiring a wheelchair for our 2 week break.
Folds down easily into a compact and robust bag (provided).I bought this to allow my 96 year old Mum to be mobile when on holidays and outings. She loves it! To give you an idea of how easy it is to fit into a car - I have a Peugeot 108 and can fit two large suitcases, the wheelchair, indoor and outdoor walking frames, a shower chair, bedding our knitting bags and food supplies in the back😊
This wheelchair is far better than described, it is lightweight and comfortable enough for Mum to sit in all day. It was delivered within a couple of days of ordering.

Genetic were very helpful as we were buying our chair. It was then delivered on time by 2 lovely men, Charlie and Danny, who were extremely helpful and good fun.
The chair itself is great it didn’t cost a fortune and it is very comfortable. It fits in our lounge beautifully. We recommend Fenetic.

My Hainworth Dual Motor Rise and Recliner Chair with Heat and Massage, was delivered on 13/06/25. I have medical problems.
I wish I remembered the name of the sales person who I placed my order with.
She was so patient, very knowledgeable giving me ample time to speak and ask questions.
Fenetic Wellbeing kept me updated several times via email, being specific regarding the delivery date and time.
The 2 delivery men were very quick, tidy and efficient 10/10, no mess left behind.
After delivery I called them to say how happy I was with the chair, I spoke to the same person when I placed my order, I said it's a complementary call to day thank you.
This chair has plenty of comfy support I can't feel the wood in the arm rest, my previous chair cost £3,000.
This chair is far more superior reclined it's almost flat perfect for heat and massage helping me relax helping relieve the pains I have duel to health issues.

I have dealt with this company twice now and their customer service is second to none. From beginning to end the communication is excellent.

I have a push wheelchair and a lovely 74 year old wife. As I become more infirm, she cannot push me too much. I didn't want a sit on chair as I try to walk whenever possible. I saw the Fenetic electric wheel attachment on line. I phoned Leah who couldn't be more friendly and knowledgeable.
She explained possible problems as my wheelchair was not Fenetic and sorted VAT exemption. The delivery was tremendous.The quality was great. My wife and I fitted it in 30 minutes

Arrived VERY quickly - impressive! Love the ECTR04 lightweight folding deluxe travel wheelchair - easy to assemble and unassemble - tucks away in the bag and is now in the boot of the car ready for the next decent day so I can get my OH out and about!! There were so many travel wheelchairs to choose from, but I'm SO glad I finally decided on this model from Fenetic Wellbeing

I bought my rise and recliner chair online a couple of years ago (reading the reviews I wish I had visited the store as it is a bit big for me but when my husband needs one it'll come in handy!). Unfortunately, the inset cupholder fractured and I waited until I thought I'd better try and get it replaced. I contacted the company through e-mail and by phone, and the lovely Gaby searched the warehouse for a replacement cup in the right colour and despatched it; I made the query at the beginning of the week and here it is today (Friday). I am absolutely delighted with the service Fenetic provided from delivery to sorting out my problem, and I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again.

Looking on-line for a replacement found thier advert
on Amazon and bought my second one from Fenetic .

I have a Road legel mobility scooter and
bought a Rollator bracket [ AMAZON ] to fold it on the back; ride to town then use Rollator to walk around shops and cafes .
Sent a set of photo,s to Fenetic which they where please to see ..

As Mobility Scooter is Road legel was told i could use the blue badge on it as because of health issues had to give up my car ..
Have a metal frame with perspex window [ EBAY ] that secures blue badge to Scooter with padlock ..

Visited to purchase a recliner chair with my 93 year old mum. Such a positive experience. Greeted with a cuppa and the young lady had so much patience as we tried all options!! Chair delivered 3 days later. Fab! Truly excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We made an appointment to visit the showroom to test a specific rise recliner chair, which was ready and waiting for us to try out! We were greeted very warmly and were able to test out whichever chairs we thought suited our needs (and more!). Good advice, recommendations based on our needs, help and assistance were given throughout our visit. We chose different chairs to our original plan, so highly recommend a visit to the showroom to sit in and 'play' with the chairs. Today we took delivery of our 2 The Ultra Motor High Leg Lift Rise Recliner chairs with heat and massage in colour Dove. The 2 delivery guys were both very professional in every aspect and left us feeling very happy with our choices-small chair for me and medium for hubby, who now says we need the large so we'll be like the 3 bears 😊Thankyou FENETIC WELLBEING. Excellent, 5 star advice, help and service.

Purchased a rise and recliner chair approximately two years ago. It has been used daily, ALL day by my disabled husband - yet shows barely ANY wear and tear. Really pleased with the chair and the communication with this company. I recently contacted them and purchased a replacement handset - reasonably priced and delivered promptly. Would highly recommend Fenetic Wellbeing!

Arrived 2 days after ordering. This is the best mobility aid I've got. Lightweight, gives good support for walking. Most important for me is the seat. Good sturdy wheels, have used it on pavement, in parks and around the home. Great value for money. The seat is just right for me at a size 16, but any larger person would struggle. I can highly recommend this company and this product.

My wife really needed a wheelchair to be able to take advantage of a mini break in Blackpool, following a sudden onset of illness.We ordered a Wheelchair from Fenetic Wellbeing on Sunday 19/01/2025 and the company had it delivered 48 hours later.
Everyone was very friendly and all communications were absolutely brilliant.

Outstanding Customer Service from Leah,
what started as a big issue for us we ordered a wheelchair from TWO other companies (both took payment including delivery then could not provide stock until MARCH!), Leah went above and beyond to make sure our problems were solved, even ringing the warehouse and asking them to physically check the wheelchair was in stock before taking payment, making sure we had tracking information so we knew it was coming and, bless her, she even rang today to make sure it arrived as promised, to make sure there were no issues and we were happy.
I would HIGHLY recommend Fenetic Wellbeing!

Carl is absolutely brilliant, Not only helping us get mum sorted with her wheelchair and adjusting it for us (as my wrists couldn't). But also staying past, normal closing time hours and sorting out my sister a wheelchair too (which wasn't planned).

He's not only a great laugh, he was super helpful and both my mum and sister have been able to enjoy a little bit of freedom with no pain even if it was just around a supermarket for now.

We will definitely be back once we have saved some more money for the chair/sofa
