We had excellent customer service from the first contact. We made the journey to the showroom on a Saturday morning and were made very welcome by one of the managers. He gave us the time to look and try all the riser recliner chairs in the showroom, and offered advice to help us. When we had placed the order we were kept up to date all through the process and we are very happy with the two chairs that we have had delivered. Very good value and excellent customer service. Thank you Tom.

Highly recommended. Drove up from North Wales to buy an electric wheelchair. Excellent response from Gabby in Customer Service / Sales who was able to answer all our questions and from Charlie in the warehouse for getting the chair and its accessories together for us.

A wonderful company to deal with! I had tons of questions prior to finding the right riser recliner chair for me and they were all answered promptly. As I had chosen a non stock colour they happily forwarded colour swatches for me to choose from.
Ordering was easy and delivery quicker than anticipated. In addition their courier Domestic Distribution did a marvellous job delivering and setting up chair. Would definitely deal again.

We badly buckled a wheel on our Fenetic wheelchair at the weekend.
Fenetic were straight on it, sourcing us a replacement and sending out next day delivery.

Great team. Did all they needed to and were very helpful. They were told to deliver to a wrong address but fortunately we were watching out for them.

This triwalker is just what we wanted. Fits easily into even a small car boot and for a Parkinsn's sufferer is a godsend.
What tops that is that after a flight to Europe one of the tighteners was missing (Its first journey). Fenetic have very kindly sent us a replacement. Big thanks to them.

What a fantastic service. I ordered a rollator online with their Ebay shop at midday on Wednesday and it has just arrived by Parcelforce 1020am today Thursday!!
It was very well packaged with minimal assembly needed.
On ordering I messaged with medical details for the vat exemption as required and had an immediate response and confirmation.
I can definitely recommend this company and the delivery service they use.

Bought an item from FENETIC paid extra £25 for next day delivery- the item has incorrect instructions we couldn’t put item together we called FENETIC to be told the technical team don’t take calls after 4pm - also in the box they sent was a long taped up empty box they said items might be missing but to wait - so we’re stuck after paying £179 for nothing and our relative can’t get about - lastly their website says they close at 6pm - yet no one answers after 5pm

This Company was fantastic from our first phone call, to our meetings on two separate days and then to the purchase of my new wheelchair. They answered all our questions and never tried to rush us or press us to purchase. They allowed me to try out their products in and around their showroom. They have a wonderful selection of products for someone who is physically challenged. I would definitely recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to family and friends.

I found what seemed to be the ideal rollator on line and at sale price. There was a problem with ordering as although a red one was advertised apparently the silver colour I wanted was full price. However when I rang and got an explanation after that the service was exemplary; carriage charge waived although not living close by and I was amazed to get the goods the following day.

I approached this company as I was in urgent need of an adjustable bed. I have become quite quickly disabled, which shattered my credit score as I am no longer able to work. Fenetic were amazing! I was able to pay for my bed in pieces I could afford, and then the bed was made once final payment was made. I was so appreciative to them for their helpfulness and respect throughout.
On the day of delivery, the bed was put together extremely quickly and it has been like sleeping on a cloud! It’s amazing quality and it is exactly what I needed.

I was looking on line for a chair for my elderly mother.
I was confused able the VAT exemption for medical conditions, I called Fenetic and the receptionist talked me step by step through the process. I ordered the chair at 4pm and it was delivered the next day at 9.30am which the receptionist organised for me as we had a hospital appointment in the afternoon. can't recommend this company enough. Chair is the best quality and the delivery lads installed it for us with a demonstration.

Excellent service with lots of help on getting the right riser recliner chair. We were not rushed or pressured into buying so were able to get an excellent chair which was delivered quickly and set up. I l know from researching chairs that the price was also very good. Definitely recommend them for any mobility products

Just to say, if you have limited (walking) mobility, a Fenetic walker will open up new horizons for you.For travelling on buses, rains and planes, the smaller triwalker (with seat) will allow you to go places you never dreamed of getting to. Its very light and brilliantly designed for getting out and around.

I was greeted by a gentleman who lifted and carried my wheelchair from the car.
I was asked what the problem was that needed putting right.
I explained what it was.
I was asked to take a heated recling seat and a coffee was brought to me while I waited.
A lovely chap called Al made me feel very welcome and repaired my wheelchair.
The service from arriving to having my chair lifted back into my car and leaving was 5*
I hope this information helps someone else use this excellent efficient company for their personal needs.
