Walking aid

I ordered a three wheel Rollator with bag and basket with tray. I'm not sure i will use the basket much but will definitely use the bag. I ordered it on Monday 9th Dec and recieved it today Tuesday the 10th. One day for delivery to Scotland and was free delivery not often you get a service like that.
It is really good value for the money I won't hesitate to use this company again and will definitely recommend them to other people

I have just taken delivery of my second…

I have just taken delivery of my second chair. Nothing wrong with the first purchase, I just wanted a different view. This is a fantastic company. Delivery is arranged in days rather than weeks. Staff are very friendly on the phone and able to answer any questions. Delivery and assembly was on time and kept me well informed. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

First class company

I bought a Sapphire mobility scooter from Fenetic Wellbeing having read a recommendation by WHICH. The customer service was excellent. I tried the scooter out at their premises and it was delivered and assembled very quickly at my house by the delivery team. I have since bought a wheelchair and a riser recliner chair from this company. The staff were excellent , knowledgable and helpful throughout. I highly recommend this company.

Took a while but mostly now sorted

Following the Which 5 stars they gave this company, I travelled all the way to Skipton. Was met with a friendly and helpful person. I spent around £3000 on rise and recliner furniture. Two chairs and a 2 seater sofa. The seat I sit on started to distort under me. The swapped it. The same has happened with the replacement. . . Fenetic have responded and the issue has been resolved as far as it is possible

first Class Service …

I needed an arm chair and wanted specific things the back and legs to be able to reposition both independently and simultaneously. I wanted it to be able to take a specific weight and I needed the extra wide seat. It took a long time but I found exactly what I needed at Fenetic Well-being. So much so I bought 2. Every aspect met with excellence the staff were kind and helpful they called when they said they would arranged delivery to my needs and contacted us following to check satisfaction.
The delivery team were spot on, they came in to my home and were mindful of my carpets and furniture they unwrapped and placed my 2 chairs in the position I asked them and put them together .
I spoke to the Director regarding a very minor printing error and he left me his number.
This week I have been hospitalised and needed an extra wide commode to be in my home on discharge, not knowing when that would be I contacted the same Gentleman. He was very friendly he promised to call me back, he arranged for the order to be taken and the commode was in my house in 24 hrs
I would most definitely recommend Fenetic Wellbeing every time

We saved a very considerable amount buying from this company,other companies wouldn’t even quote,unless we had a home visit,by a, probably high pressure salesman,which we didn’t want.

Very bad service

We were badly let down by this company. We paid extra for an expedited delivery, but it then took four days to deliver. They then offered to send it by normal delivery but it would then have taken seven days, so, reluctantly, i accepted the four day delivery. I then gave detailed instructions for delivery to the courier company, Panther, who ignored them. I managed to get that sorted but the courier company, Panther, then refused to unpack and set up my order, despite the fact that the identical company and people had delivered, unpacked and set up a TV only a week earlier. I then asked this company to help unpack and set up my order, but they refused saying that there were setting up instructions in the box. There were no setting up instructions in the box. They claimed that my Sapphire 2. Mobility scooter is portable but it was far too heavy to lift out of its box and I had to get two strong men to lift it out of its box. I hope I can now work out how to set the scooter up. I ordered the scooter on the promise that it is portable and that I would be able to lift it in and out of my car, but this will not be possible. I cannot think why Which recommended this scooter and supplier. I cannot accept the claim by this company that it their couriers cannot be instructed to unpack and set up scooters. I cannot accept the claim that this scooter is portable. I cannot accept their refusal to help with setting up.

Good chair, but after-service difficult to obtain

We bought a riser recliner for my late mother from here, via Amazon. My husband now uses it, having a degenerative illness. In late November it stopped working. No reply to the two messages sent via Amazon, so I contacted them direct. Every week or two I had an email asking me to upturn the chair and check all wires were intact and attached (they were). After six weeks or so, they sent an email saying they were going to send us a new set of wires for us to install ourselves (!!!). After that, nothing. No wires, no response to my emails, zilch for two months. Legal proceedings seemed to be the next step. Then I emailed the main address and expressed my terminal frustration, and a very nice lady from Customer services called Talia responded, and within two weeks was able to get someone to come and look at it, get parts delivered and another person to fit the necessary part (a broken transformer, quickly sorted out). At the end of February it was now fixed. My husband is comfortable once more, and we are both grateful.

For a stress free buying experience go to this company

I have recently contacted this company..How helpful everyone is, sent swatches for my rise/recline chairs, no hassle, just professional assistance from the staff. I telephone and they sorted everything for me. No hidden extras, recommend them highly. Living in Norfolk presented no distance problems. Long may this company exist.

Terrible customer service

The Elite Care Voyager is a very nice affordable outdoor chair. That, however is the product. The product is 5 star. After sales service is about nil.

I first asked how easy to get replacement arms would be, since these things are notorious for coming apart on any chair. The curved nature of the armrests suggest this is specific to this chair. They responded about the warranty. I hadn't even received the chair yet. Okay. Not stellar, and didn't actually answer the question, but okay.

Then, I got the chair and the mountain bike tires left horrible marks on every hard surface. Okay, my bad. I should've known. I was a cyclist before my amputation. I asked about the more indoor friendly tires off another model that perhaps I could buy and swap out, the wheels being quick change. I messaged them through eBay. Nothing. I then found their website and emailed them directly. She said she would ask her team if it was possible and a price for the indoor wheels "Get back to you". Then nothing.

I bought a set of indoor Quickie wheels on eBay and found they work perfectly. I only had to change the bearings to accommodate the 12mm shaft, but didn't even need to adjust the brakes!

In short, it would have been much easier to get metric wheels from Fenetic, but they didn't 'get back to me' like they said they would. Very happy with the chair, but the customer service after the fact is nothing. Lord help you if you have a problem.

I'm in the USA. This is not about the UK version of Fenetic.

Fabulous customer service from Brittany…

Fabulous customer service from Brittany at Fenetic Well being. They managed to sort a chair for my mother within days, checking that the chair first suited her needs and then making sure everything was to our satisfaction after the chair had arrived.
So far I can't fault the service that we have received and would recommend them as staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful.

Very disappointed with after sales

Very disappointed with after sales. Chair had only 12 months warranty although we thought we had 3 years. Motor went after 16 months. Phoned to ask for help. Assured they would “look after me “ then heard nothing. Loads of time and calls later and attitude from staff changed. I was then sent a link to buy a new motor and instructions on how to fit it. Explained that my 88 year old father lived alone and would not be able to fit it but was told they had done all they needed to do as chair was out of warranty. I explained that he needed a working chair and didn’t think the chair was “fit for purpose “ as motor only lasted 16 months. They were not interested. Then I find the link for the motor was from their own company so there was no need to keep him waiting before giving him the link. I explained that the chair was bought because he needed it and not as an ornament but there wasn’t any empathy from them. Not a very caring organisation. I can’t understand where the “well being” title fits this company.
