Friendly and professional
Friendly and professional, and open before 9am on a Saturday which was a lifesaver when I got a puncture on my ride into work. Reasonable prices considering the location in one of the most expensive parts of central London. Thanks to mechanic Julian and the rest of the team.

Unorganized Service and Poor Management
I do not recommend this branch. Very unorganized. I left my bike a week ago for brake pad replacement. They said it would be ready the next day, but now a week later, no update. They keep saying "tomorrow" without a specific time. I can't even ride my bike because the brake is left open. No responsibility. Very disappointed. Bad management

Break left not adujustes properly
Everything is great just my left break has not been adjuated enough,I did mention in my original booking it needs adjustment and you can here it is wrong how it reacts on tyre and how many meters you need to actually atop.

Took way too long
The actual repair fine, but bike collected 2 hours outside of booked window, then no communication for 3 days, bike finally delivered back after 7 days including weekend which is way outside of the 3 days stated. This caused a lot of inconvenience.

It's not over large the Hyde Park one and a busy day was being had by Isaac and Aaron I noted. My road bike was attended to and has improved my riding position greatly.
