Disgusting. Having had 300k approved credit line, came to draw it down only to find they'd withdrawn ALL funding (for ALL UK COMPANIES). Turns out they're effectively funded by a Russian oligarch with sanctions now biting. That's fine but they won't admit the problem and had we absolutely no correspondence from them even though the problem started a month ago. As things stand today they could easily have bankrupted a 6m t/o company by next week. Go with Funding Circle instead!!!

This company are fraudulent, they have ceased there line of credit which we have a agreement. Still willing to take your direct debit though and yes backed by the Russians. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all and website is appalling and not updated.

They have ceased lending as backed by Russian money, no communication to its customers stating this as they are trying to keep it under wraps
They still want to collect your direct debits but will not let you drawdown on your credit agreement
If you are looking for lending look elsewhere as these guys are not a responsible lender

The team at FIBR were extremely helpful and efficient. Almost a bit too good to be true. Open Banking process and credit assessment was very simple and clean (despite being slightly sceptical). Credit line opened really quickly once the docs were all signed. Really good experience especially after the CBILS disappointment during Covid with a variety of banks and lenders.
