The engineer, who was very pleasant, reset the programmer for the ceiling heating, which was working anyway. There is still no electricity input to the underfloor heating, which is therefore not operative.

I have just had a wet room installed by Finch. Jamie was involved in its design from the outset and nothing was too much trouble. Mason did much of the work. He was polite, easy to have around the house and a tidy worker. The same can said for the tiler and the men who put the floor down. Jamie kept me informed, throughout, and kept a close eye on the work. All was to budget and timely. I will use this firm again.

The work was planned well and delivered on time. The work as always with Finch was of high quality. Care was taken in listening to the customer's needs.

I am delighted with the work undertaken by Steve . So marvellous to have quiet central heating system after two years of feeling a jet was about to take off when the pump came on! I was also impressed that in conversation with Steve that he really listened and informed me of a simple solution to our thermostat issue converting it to a remote version.
All in all very impressed by this firm from their welcoming response to my phone enquiry, the work undertaken and the fact they gave an estimate first and it was good value for the money.

I got a date for a boiler service just a few days after my enquiry. The engineer called in advance to let me know he was on his way, he arrived on time, was pleasant and got on with the job. The price for the job was good too. All in all a good experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Finch.

Recently it was suggested by my managing agents that as I was finding my usual plumbers were rather busy and a more urgent need had arisen on a tap at a house rent, I would use their preferred plumber Finches. I was happy to agree for this. They helpfully went out and saw to the problem tap but I did not recieve a call or contact to check in with me and was duly sent an invoice for tightening but possible future replacement could be needed. This then rquired a revisit a few weeks later as the problem quickly recurred. I think this should have been discussed in the first visit so that I could decide and weigh up with the plumber at the time. This is the reason that I use my own plumber so that I don't pay two costs for the visit probably only needing a charge once.

My heating and hot water are fixed, service was prompt, reasonably priced and upfront about costs. I absolutely would recommend this company.

Fantastic service - prompt responses, excellent problem solving, finding solutions to annoying plumbing problems, and a real sense that they really care about the job and getting the best possible outcome for the client. Very impressed and I can wholeheartedly recommend Finch.

I never write positive reviews however I took the time to say what an excellent company / business this is. They are detailed, empathetic, sympathetic, clear and concise and their work is clean, professional and their tradesmen have great skill. They really advice me and help me through the whole process of my escape of water trace and access and replacement of pipes for insurance claim. I will use them for all my residential plumbing and electrical work in future. Can I just say again what a great company. If there were more stars I would give all and more

Have used Finch plumbing for years now and they haven't failed to assist. Sent them an out of hours email about my breakdown and they sent someone out first thing the next morning.

We received great customer service from Finch when we arranged for them to install a replacement boiler at our home just before Christmas.

The engineer was professional, friendly and kept us fully informed of his progress.
The cost was also very competitive.

Recommend by a relation and have been very satisfied with the work carried out. The main work was on a fairly old central heating boiler, which was causing the engineer problems but he stuck with it and now it’s working fine. I was very impressed with his knowledge.

This is a very professional team. They have well organised office team who support some really knowledgeable plumbers and heating engineers. They turn up when they say they will and are quick to diagnose the problem. The work is completed with minimal fuss and at reasonable prices
