Finch were recommended to us by good friends and we were not disappointed, From start to finish they have been very professional and hardworking, with the result of us having a lovely new bathroom. Their engineers are polite, tidy, cheerful and very skilful. We would definitely recommend Finch to other friends and will be looking to contact them in the future regarding a new kitchen!!

Very helpful advice initially, a realistic quote and the work - new shower screen and in-line descaler - completed expeditiously and professionally. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Did not turn up! we i called to inquire they gave a lame excuse about having an emergency job. Could not guarantee that the engineer would even turn up.

If i had not called to question where the engineer was I doubt they would have even bother to contact me.

Happy with the work to service and provide a GSC. Quote to repair boiler was expensive ie £290 more than the quote I'm going with!

Fast and Efficient service, nice plumbers, genuinely interested in sorting my problems and understood the urgency when our heating pump to the underfloor heating broke down, even with needing parts to be ordered it was all fixed in a few days. very grateful.

Work wad done very well within the time imparted. The engineers were friendly and left the place tidy. I was pleased with the result (fitting of brand new boiler). The price was competitive and stayed as quoted.

I would recommend these plumbers to anyone that asks. They have smartly, reliable and knowledgeable plumbers that always complete the jobs on time and within the price quoted. I choose this company after a visit to their office to enquire about a fresh boiler installation. Their approach and full understanding of how to make my choice of boilers,their capacity any possible problems along with value for money and not leaving any questions answered! Made my mind up...
The installation was carried out to a good standard on the agreed date and the operative found his way to sort any problem that faced him!
It is one year old now and just had it's service by this company-Finch.That person turned up on time,was very considerate,clean, did the job well and I will be booking my next service with them for 2019....

I am a landlady and called this company out to do a small routine job.
I didn’t actually meet anyone as the tenants were there but from start to finish, everyone I dealt with was polite, friendly and efficient, I was kept In touch all of the time. As it happened, I thought something needed replacing because it was out of date, but it wasn’t. Another company may have replaced it and I wouldn’t have know any different but this company took photos to send me showing the expiry date and just charged me a minimal call out fee.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.
