Payed for manual 95p but I didn't subscribe to this site only needed that one manual.but they took my 95p and still charged me £49.so it's cost me £50 50p for three sheets of paper.plus I wasn't going to use this site again as I only needed that one manual.god I would love to come face to face with these people.

Total scam.. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPPOLE! Absolute wronguns... dupe you into 0.95p to find your manual then screw you over £49.95p 7 days later..
Then try and cancel.... easier said than done.. proper stitch up disgusting!

This is a scam! ignore anything that says otherwise. My husband paid 95p next thing they charge him £49.95. When you call this company they do not pick up and then will call you back, out of the 6 people we have spoken to 3 of them have no details and the other 3 say they will send an email which does not help in anyway. scam do not use this company!!

Exactly as others have said. It’s a scam - my elderly father has had money taken from his account after purchasing a manual for 95p.

I purchased a one sheet manual for 95p to find out that they deducted a further £49.95 it’s a scam and they do not answer phone. Had to cancel
my card and report them to my bank. Still not received my money back. Disgraceful!! Beware

Do not use this company! Like others I paid 95p and was eventually sent a link to a manual that bore no relation to the one I wanted. I then discover they’ve charged me £49.95!! Absolutely disgusted.

They are a con I paid 95p for a manual and now they’ve taken £49.95 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for 😡😡 I am trying to contact them still

This is a scam do not engage with them it will cost you money and stress, and you won't get the manual anyway.

Scam. O.95p for a pdf then the next week they try to take

As many other reviews I've just read - it's a con! Didn't realise I was signing up to a subscription service taking regular payments. I wish Id read these reviews before trying to buy a manual through this company.

Absolutely disgusted. It's a con :an instance of deceiving or tricking someone: persuade (someone) to do or believe something by lying to them: You think you'll get a manual for 95p ! "Sorry we can't find that..."
Then you will find they charge you another £49.95 because "you've automatically signed up to a bi-monthly subscription service. Deliberate fraud.

I have a product that I bought a couple of years ago. The manual that came with it was incomplete. It was a 'quick start guide' that did not give detailed instructions for use. When I searched for a manual, I found this one. It will allow me to use the product through it's full potential. THANKS!!

Manual wasn't an immediate download. I needed it right away. It didn't come to me until the next day. I downloaded from a competitor.

I got the right manual within a day. It was easy.

This company's practices fall far short of being ethical. I was told they have the manual I was searching for, for the cost of £0.95, but when it was paid they immediately said they couldn't find it. OK, only 95p down the drain. But to add insult to injury they proceeded to take £36.95 a week later, and further £36.95 payments every other month. Who needs enough manuals to make this level of payment anything but a trick to levy extortionate charges?

This rating is a result of finding out that I had taken out a subscription without realising it. The manual was delivered as requested and I paid £36.95 in December 2022. Fair enough if a little expensive. I have just discovered the two further payments of £36.95 have been taken out of my account as bi-monthly subscriptions. This, I believe, is a scam. I have cancelled the subscription and reported it to my credit card company to cancel any subsequent payments and for further action.

Manual is easy to understand, has a good collection, almost all the manuals are available here.

Got even better than the original manual of the Dedakj Oxygen Concentrator, this concentrator is quite complicated but still now using it easily with the help of findanymanual's manual.
