You delivered as promised and at a reasonable price. You could have given better information on the web page as to how it all worked and therefore would have saved a phone call, which went unanswered for at least 20 minutes. Necessitating a message and call back.

Having misplaced the original manual, I requested a copy online and it was received within hours, very much appreciated. Thank you.

Update: If you don't want to keep *paying every month*, CANCEL your subscription. If I could I would give zero stars. I bought one manual for (I believed) 95 pence and discovered they took EIGHT monthly payments of £24.95 from my bank account. That's £200. If you've bought a manual from them log into your 'account' with them and unsubscribe IMMEDIATELY. What looks like a 'Premium' account on their website is what you are actually signing up for, not just the manual you purchase. I assumed that was for people regularly wanting manuals, but no. I did not read the small pale grey print carefully. If you don't want to keep paying every month, CANCEL your subscription. EDITED 7/7/21. Having contacted them and requested a refund, I have now been refunded £149.70. Which means the wrong manual cost me £50.85.

I wanted a stoves dishwasher manual but they could not find the actual one for me so sent a similar one.after a few weeks they found try the one ok was looking for and sent it to me.i was very impressed by the service.

The times i needed a manual to help with machinery, to guide you through the workings of engine/carbs anything. When you think all is lost and don't know where to turn, Findanymanual try these people they are a godsend belive me i know.

Didn't find anything I hadn't already found on a Google search, charged 79p and then a monthly subscription which isn't made clear in the T&C's. AVOID

I am disgusted that Findanymanual has taken a monthly subscription of £11.95 from my debit card having recently paid £0.95 for a manual, which I required for my second hand caravan.

First time I used this site. Initially I had a problem supplying the correct model number for the unit I was looking for but, after some email exchanges, this was sorted out. It would be helpful if the website allowed modification of the manual search parameters, this might allow for search parameter mistakes to be corrected.

I've learnt my lesson now. I 69. I wanted a manual for my Hoover. Picked this company. Paid my 95p. Recieved 1st email from them saying click on the link and download manual. Something in my head was telling me not to so I didnt. Then when I went into my bank statement.found a pending payment for £11.95 for them. I immediately emailed them. Their replies kept saying no file for my email address or subscription either. Phone this number which I did they denied knowing them. Several emails later still no joy. Phoned 2nd time and they cut call before answering. Daughter said try unsubscribe which I did. It came back no account with them. I didnt register with them or make a log in. I've now
got my bank involved as its classed as unauthorised payment which has been paid to them. I've also been advised to contact Action Fraud and police. Wish I'd read Trustpilot before I did this. Fingers crossed the bank can get my money back.

I can only reiterate the previous reviews.
I purchased this believing it to be a one off payment, wrong manual received and found myself with a monthly subscription of £7.95.
Left a voicemail message late afternoon, received a call back first thing the following morning with agreement to refund me the last three months payments and cancel my 'subscripton'.
No challenge, only advising this is for commercial businesses requiring regular manuals not domestic one off purchases listed in their terms and conditions apparently. Customer service good, and a lesson learnt on my part - read the small print.

As previous reports have criticised, I bought a manual in August 2020, Yesterday I noticed that they had taken out £7.95 for a good few months, my fault for not noticing it sooner.
However after one phone call where the rep informed me this was their practice as it was generally companies who signed into this. The total money was paid back into my bank account the following day. Therefor I am well pleased, and a good lesson learned about the small print and to check my accounts more prudently.
