I purchased a Klipsch 400 cinema…

I purchased a Klipsch 400 cinema soundbar from this company a couple of weeks ago. Once it was set up there were lip sync issues. I contacted the company but after an initial unhelpful email suggesting I hadn’t set it up correctly they have subsequently not replied to any emails and they don’t answer the phone to make arrangements for me to return the faulty goods. I can resolve the problem by rebooting the sound bar but I’m having to do this every time I turn the tv on, when using the remote to change modes it often reverts to the tv speakers. I would never buy another product from them due to the appalling customer service I have received and would not recommend them to anyone else. I am now over £300 worse off which is not easy in these difficult times and it seems impossible to return the faulty goods despite being under guarantee. I hope this helps potential customers to shop elsewhere as I wouldn’t want any other retirees to experience these problems. Caroline mcauley a very distressed genuine customer

Started using the Marantz PM6007 very happy with and excellent price and service
Didn't use the customer service so can't comment but excellent prompt delivery and item - so happy!

Speedy delivery

ordered Pro-Ject Turntable on Sunday night delivery was going to be Thursday arrived 2 days early. Speedy delivery made by DHL haven’t unboxed as it a present but all looking good so far.

Experienced Hifi Buff over 45 years.
I wish to endorse good service of Anthony and Hifi Confidential Woolwich. I bought a 2020 Marantz CD Player which proved faulty. It was apparently a faulty batch. Antony dealt with the issue immediately, without fuss or conditions, returned the item to Marantz and dealt with the manufacturer properly. I eventually substituted the faulty unit with its successor, provided by Anthony, which works superbly. I would use him again without hesitation. What matters is when it goes wrong, not when it goes right. Friendly and helpful. I have no connection with him.

I ordered an exclusive Fortnite…

I ordered an exclusive Fortnite Nintendo Switch Bundle. Very happy with product. I telephoned customer service as I ordered over the Christmas/ New Year period, I was concerned that there would be a delay in receiving the product. I received product extremely quickly, excellent Customer service, I would buy other products again without hesitation!

Cheeky guy basically took my money. No customer service!

Cheeky guy basically took my money. I ordered an amplifier and then cancelled the order as it was no longer required. A guy phoned me and told me it had already shipped. I got no email or notification of it being shipped! but fine. He told me to refuse delivery when it shows up. I did exactly that. Several weeks later still no refund. Email is unanswered. I have escalated to Paypal for a resolution.

This is probably an okay shop if nothing goes wrong. God help you if it does though, absolute amateur hour!

No customer service

The product I bought from Hifi Confidential went missing during delivery before eventually arriving 5 days late. I know this is not the fault of Hifi Confidential but trying to get in contact with them during those 5 days was a soul-destroying experience: the phone rang out; emails went unanswered. The product was fine but when you contact an online retailer and they simply don't reply, it doesn't make for a happy transaction. This is why I would never use them again nor could I recommend anyone us does.

Excellent after-sales service.

I purchased a Marantz SR6013 from Hi-Fi Confidential which unfortunately went faulty after 6 months. I returned the faulty unit back to them & they sent it off to Marantz for repair. After they received it back from Marantz they sent it back next day delivery. The service throughout was excellent, I have nothing but praise for Hi-Fi Confidential who are indeed a very trustworthy retailer.

Brilliant Service amidst the lockdown.

Instantly rectified

There was a fault initially on the CD player. However I rang up and without hesitation they replaced it and sent it out the same day, even before I had returned the faulty goods.
Not their problem that the item was not functioning properly but the response thereafter was excellent.
