Thomas Firbank Removals have been so helpful and made a stressful house clearance so much more straightforward than we thought it would be. They were very good at communication and helpful with solutions to some complicated storage issues we had. We would definitely recommend them.

From the quotation through to the support prior to moving and also during the moving the whole;e team were excellent. I was so surprised at the speed with which they packed up the house to move into an apartment and then to complete the move into store the next day, all was done in record time. I have moved many times before, and this was one of the best. Still waiting to work out if and how we can move the baby grand into the apartment, I have absolute confidence they will also do a great job of that.

For the second time in two months we used Thomas Firbank to move items from storage into our new build.
James & Neil treated all our items with great care & professionally dealt with the challenges of the weather & some awarkward items.

The removal guys were great and nothing was an issue for them. One of the more premium removal companies, but that's reflected in the excellent service.

We had a very positive experience with Thomas Firbank all through the process from the initial visit with Josh through to the end of the delivery. The removal team were excellent, professional and caring and gave us great confidence. Nothing was a problem and they were all polite, friendly and worked very well as a team. It’s clear that they enjoy doing it even though it’s very hard work.
We’ve moved a number of times over the years and this was the best experience.

The team were absolutely brilliant. We had to move at very short notice and I was worried that we wouldn't be able to do it in such a short space of time. A team of 5 swept through the house packing everything brilliantly - nothing was too much trouble.

They then unloaded in double quick time - rebuilding furniture, leaving boxes tidily in each room, replumbing the washing machine with ease.

At all points they took brilliant care of our property and belongings. I would highly recommend this business.

Having used Thomas Firbank around 11 years ago for our previous move I had no hesitation in using them for our recent move, when sorting out the garage into some order damage to our cycle carrier was spotted. After notifying TF, I had received a response back within a day and they have agreed to replace - which I didn’t expect

Outstanding service again for our second move with Thomas Firbank Removals! The removal guys were friendly, respectful and nothing was too much trouble for them (even repeated mind changing about where items went!). They double checked where everything needed to go and the whole moving day couldn't have gone more smoothly. It was a wet and windy day and all the floors were well protected. Prior to our move any queries we had were answered and dealt with promptly. A fab team and highly recommended *****

These guys are amazing. They absolutely killed themselves to make our move as seamless as possible. Couldn't recommend them more.

Very helpful team, fair price, excellent service, on time and careful in moving our goods and rebuilding furniture.

Poor, unreliable service. and a careless approach, eg garden chemicals and weedkillers being placed in the master bedroom on the top floor and bathroom items being put in the garden shed; obvious damage to our oak bannister and various scrapes and black marks on the white walls. Although it was booked a week in advance for the company to collect the 120 empty packing boxes, and despite it being confirmed by phone this morning, the company failed to turn up and we were simply told that they hadn't bothered to put it in the "planner" [whatever that is]. Not recommended.

These guys were amazing! They deconstructed and reconstructed our furniture and made sure we didn't lift a thing... they were relaxed and easy going and friendly and we were not only hugely impressed by how relaxed they made our move but massively grateful for all their help after what had been a difficult build up to the move not least because I'd injured my hand and struggled to lift stuff. We'll definitely be booking these guys for our next move!
