We have just completed a 3 day pack and move with Thomas Firbank and their partner company Johnson’s. Everything from the initial quote to the final move was excellent. The team on the days were efficient, friendly, engaged and helpful. They listened to what we needed and were happy to accommodate special requests. It actually all made what could have been a stressful few days much more fun than we expected. Highly recommended.

Great guys who moved me , very careful and considerate. It helps if you feed these guys when they are away from home ,as I did. I looked after them and they did a really good job for me. I would highly recommend.

We have used Thomas Firbank twice in two years and they were utterly professional in every manor.

Safe transit and delivery of our belongings. Friendly removal team, however we found the receptionist to be unhelpful and curt in manner.

The removals team were great - efficient, careful, proactive and good humoured. The service and pricing was flexible to suit our requirements, the only slight grumble was not having enough boxes delivered prior to move day, but that was resolved quickly.

We needed to find a removals firm in a hurry. Thomas Firbank Removals were very quick to respond, coming to quote promptly and returning the quote to us within hours. Their quote was competitive and we would have proceeded with our move having full confidence in them.
As our circumstances then changed, we didn't use a removals firm.

I am so thrilled that I chose to use Thomas Firbank to move the contents of my elderly mother’s bungalow for her. From the first contact, they were extremely helpful and sensitive to the situation and made a point of arranging the best date for my mother. Throughout the process, I was kept well briefed and, on the removal day, the men were excellent at their job and everything was handled with great care and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend the company very highly to anybody looking for a reliable and professional removal company.

Our move was complicated needing four trips via three different addresses.
The first part of the move set such a high standard that we knew we had no worries about the rest.
