Great team and very helpful, though lacking the full experience and professionalism that you get with more expensive movers.

We were very content with the pleasant and efficient service at both ends of our move. We should certainly recommend Firbanks to others. And the office service , via Janice , was excellent.

ten items lost or badly damaged by Thomas Firbank. They then referred the losses to their insurers who refused to pay after 2 months of saying that they would. Our experience is a warning to anyone considering using them.

Im completing this on behalf of my recently deceased father and my mum. Over priced amateurs. They were meant to pack up the house as well as safely move the stuff to another house. Sounds simple but not for these guys. Spent the whole time chatting and drinking tea. Damaged a unit worth £2,000 pounds and then sent a removal person to assess it not an insurer thank goodness my dad paid the insurance which was 85% of the quote. Would not recommend them.

A brilliant service. I could not have asked for more. The men were lovely, helpful and understanding.

Firbank moved us 3.5 years ago and completed a superb job, that is why we chose Fairbanks again to move my mother.
Then it was simple agree a price, do the move, pay the bill, now scan this document, email and sign this document, give card details, pay before the job is done. I have something like 6 emails regarding this little move.
If I had known it was going to be so complicated, and if we had not been going on holiday we would have used someone else.
I will not be recommending Fairbanks.

Excellent. Use these people.
Simon and his team showed up bright and early on a boiling hot day and worked their socks off 'til the evening carting all my heavy, awkward stuff up a slope, some steep steps, then some more steps. Dozens and dozens of times. Without complaint. Well, at least not to my face.
But seriously, they are really nice people and they do a brilliant job so look no further.

I would recommend Thomas Firbank any day! They were one hundred per cent trust worthy, they were discrete and kind and understood how stressful moving is and I am going to use them again in all my future moves!

A truly outstanding company that I can highly remommend for removal and storage. In August the contents of my home was removed and put into storage. The team were very friendly, helpful and highly efficient. Six months later the storage was delivered to my new home and it proved to be a totally hassle free process! They were a different team but as outstanding as the first. Nothing was too much trouble, I didn't feel pressurised into making instant decisions about where things should go and the guys were super efficient. Everything arrived in excellent condition; no damage, no breakages and it was unloaded quickly but carefully. Definitely an A* Removal company!
