Very professional and friendly service
Very professional and friendly service. The guys arrived promptly and had us moved within a few hours. Nothing was too much trouble and they both had a great sense of humour! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent ‘two men and a van’ service
I can highly recommend the two men and a van service. My daughter‘s possessions were moved extremely efficiently and quickly by experienced removers into a one bedroom flat. A great service for a relatively small house move.

Everything went okay, would choose them again.
We moved our belongings out of one property and in to storage. We were invoiced monthly for the time in storage and our items were returned safely. There was still a lot of renovation work to be done in the new property so they did not need to put any furniture together. We did have a few bikes that they dismantled for storage that they could have reassembled but they did not offer. Previous companies have done this with out being asked, which is appreciated. Otherwise all the removals teams were friendly and hard working and everything went smoothly enough and because of this I would probably use them again.

Flexible and helpful
Thomas Firbank is a large company which allows them to offer a lot of flexibility. They were able to store my belongings locally and identify both long term and short term storage. I was able to get items from my storage with minimal inconvenience and the. Had a pain free moving in experience on the other side. Thank you

Thomas Firbank were simply amazing on our removal day, it was a hot day and they were up and down flights of stairs all morning with no fuss or damage to anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving home and their storage facilities are excellent value for money as well. Thank you once again to all the staff at Thomas Firbank
