I ordered B grade premium hardwood 2m…
I ordered B grade premium hardwood 2m cubed pallet. Happy to take what came really BUT got pizza oven wood. Stick like pieces, so that’s what they’ll be used for. Or I’d have to reload with 6 pieces that last 30mins. No returns on b grade so lesson learned.

Max crate gives a good price.
The max crate makes for a very good price, and the delivery arrangements were straightforward. The logs are not a uniform size, so if you require nice looking logs to store in your house, probably not for you. I also encountered a problem with the delivery as the pallet was not strong enough for the weight of logs in a max crate, and had broken, making delivery difficult, but the delivery guy persevered, but had to put it in my garage sideways, which made unloading problematic. Sort this out and it's 5 stars.

We placed an order and selected a specific date to be delivered at an extra cost, unfortunately, this was delivered on the date and it was needed for the bank holiday weekend. I chased up with no response, and received an automated email 5 days later stating it was out for delivery. We requested a full refund and didn’t take the delivery.

The wood (ash) is great
The wood (ash) is great , nicely dried.
The only thing is that the people you have deliver
use a normall lorry and a pallet lifter trolley , thus means they cannot deliver onto a gravel / stone drive.
Would be much better if they used a lorry with a
grab arm loader. They also refused to back the vehicle onto my drive with some wet excuse about they didn't want to get sued with people claiming damage to the drive. I get wood from other suppliers and they all deliver with grab arm and reverse back onto my drive.
