There was an error with the order but they resolved it so well I could not fault. Sometimes when things go wrong you see the real quality of a business and that’s what I experienced.

let down by courier
Whilst we were severely let down by the suppliers courier, Fireworks Direct worked relentlessly to resolve the issue over a week and the actual fireworks were spectacular.

I think I just got fleeced and am feeling stung.
I might update this but current situation is I am being charged ++£67++ delivery for an ++£87++ firework and all my efforts to cancel the order (placed 4 minutes after I completed the order) have been ignored. And now I am being threatened with an additional £30 charge if I miss the delivery tomorrow. Steer clear.

I understand you accepted the delivery Christopher. I am afraid we are mystified as to why we did not receive notification that you wish to cancel your order and are sorry this situation has come about as we would of cancelled it without issue. Just to let you know that as fireworks are classed as explosives we have to use specialist Couriers who charge an extra handling fee so our hands are tied I'm afraid. We are always looking to try and reduce this. As a gesture of goodwill I have sent you a discount code valid for 1 year.

Rubbish company
Rubbish company. So ordered firesworks to the value of £145.00 paid for the fast 3 day delivery. On the Tuesday so should arrive on Friday or Saturday at the latest for an event I had on the Sunday. Did they arrive no!

Have my fireworks turned up yet NO !
And no refund.
The worst fireworks company going I use a lot of companies and thought I would try this one for the first time. Never again!

I have now received a response from our Couriers. I fully understand your annoyance and frustration. I don't wish to make excuses, but in this instance we were badly let down by them. There are only a handful of Couriers in the UK who deliver fireworks and the one we use is normally very reliable. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and wish to offer you, as a valued customer, free delivery on your next order.
