Very hard to remove plastic protection of rocket fuse.Someone spilt the glue?
Opposite problem at top of rocket.Nose was loose.

So very sorry to hear our Couriers mislaid your goods, as specialist carriers they are under a great deal of pressure at this time of year, but no excuse - we will be taking this up with them to establish what went wrong and how it can be avoided from happening again.
We do hope the fireworks went some way to making up for it.
Lite up Brixton skies
This year GuyFawkes night fell on the start of the 2nd lockdown - a big display was needed to cheer up not only my family but my neighbours too.
Got 3 multi fireworks boxes . Wow. It was ace!!! Cheered everyone one up. Great fireworks - easy to use. Will for sure be buying again

The ragnorock firework 120 shot needed relighting from the reserve fuse so only got one cake from the firework lit then had to reaproch and relight .....reasonably dangerous.

Jamie, Sorry to hear you had an issue lighting one of the fuses on the Ragnarock. All fireworks are handmade and this is the reason there is a reserve fuse on the larger display boxes - if it doesn't fire first time, all is not lost - but always leave some time before relighting it, We hope our Skyway Code book was useful.

1,you were unable to find a courier to deliver
2,you claimed I lived in the highlands of scotland, berwickshire has moved ???
3,you informed me the day before bonfire night so too late to make other arrangements

Update - We have now established what happened with your order Mark. The specialist Couriers we used this season collected your order from our warehouse and it wasn't until some time after they got it back to their depot that they informed us they could not actually make the delivery! We were not happy with the situation and will be taking this up with them, but because we are very limited on which courier companies we can use - due to the nature of the product - we therefore had no option, but to refund your money.
I understand your disappointment and can only offer my sincere apologies.

Awful. Paid £75 for my fireworks, get an email and phone call to confirm that my order is in store. Get to the store and my order has not arrived. Contact direct fireworks and they don’t even have my order in stock. The day before bonfire night so they inform me I will not get my order now. They refunded me my money to buy other items in store, however the store did not have the items I wanted either.

Shocking Standard Delivery Cost with no explanation
Went right through the process of looking for and choosing fireworks, basket total just over £99 - delivery cost £150! Nothing on the website flags up that that's a standard delivery cost, only that delivery is free over £195. Utter waste of time!
In response to the reply: my main issue is that the delivery charges were not made clear anywhere during the selection and ordering process so that customers can make an informed decision before they begin the process -I’m hoping that’s now changed.
