Completed the First Aid at Work yesterday, brilliant course ran by Tony. His knowledge and fun way of teaching ensured we all left at the end of the day feeling confident that we could help people.

Excellent course delivery from the very experienced course instructor Andy Taylor, I'm sure that his previous military experiences had a factor in this.

I have just attended the 2 day MHFA course at work and cannot recommend it highly enough. All the subject matters were handled with respect. I myself suffer with mental illness but felt comfortable enough to share my experiences with my colleagues. I must specifically mention the 2 trainers we had, Tony and Andy, both delivered the training with true professionalism but also in a relaxed manner on what is a very sensitive subject matter. Both were very approchable and knowledgable.

Up to date, rlevant infomation given in a manner that was easy to follow.

Really informative course i will hopefully find very useful.

I recently attended a 2 Day Mental Health First Aid course at NEAS' training facility in West Denton, Newcastle.
The content of the course was fantastic and delivered really well by both Andy and Tony. They handled the sensitivity of the subjects well and involved all delegates in discussions and activities.
There was a good mix of theory and practical and I left feeling much more knowledgeable and confident about how best to support a colleague (or family/friend) going through a mental health issue.
I would highly recommend this course.

Malcolm Leech was a great tutor and interacted with the whole group in a way that everyone absorbed the key information.

NEAS always provide excellent CPR and Medical Emergency training. I would recommend them to any business looking to improve their skills and knowledge. We will continue to use them on an annual basis.

Excellent trainer. Spoke to us in a down to earth and easy manner which was easy to understand and also made the training enjoyable even though it was a very difficult subject

very happy and confident with the training I was provided. felt very relaxed and understood more as the trainer was very clear and precise with information. I feel a lot more confident after the training session.

The paramedic who taught the class was very friendly and ensured everyone understood each part of the training as well as the reasoning behind decisions we would make. She altered her approach to the training as it was needed which helped us all in class and made the whole experience far more enjoyable.

I'd definitely recommend the course, service and in particular the paramedic who taught my class to anyone interested in completing this course - thank you!

Great Course, uniquely designed for our individual needs. Ran on time and to schedule, very important due to all of our delegates attending after one job and going onto a further job in the evenings. Kept a very mixed audience's attention throughout. A highly skilled Tutor with a great deal of knowledge, evident throughout all 4 Courses we have hosted together over the last 2 days. Would highly recommend the Course, Tutor and NEAS. We will definitely be running more courses together in the future.

The half day training course was excellent, gained so much invaluable knowledge in such a short period of time.

Booked a bespoke half-day first aid course. NEAS came to our office to give the training and were happy to amend the course to be most relevant to the most likely situations we would face in our line of work. The trainer was professional, knowledgeable and engaging and we managed to cover a lot of ground in a relatively short space of time.
