We were a small group of dental professionals. Our trainer was well informed, explained everything really well, and made the whole afternoon very informative and enjoyable. The practical session was very helpful especially the various size dummies to practice CPR and the treatment of choking demonstration.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and made the course interesting. He took the time to explain things as many times as was necessary with us working in a group.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to praise both Phil and Tony for the first aid course they delivered to some of our training team over the past three days. I have attended a number of first aid courses over the years, but I have to say was by far the best. There was some great interaction between the two trainers, and the way they involved the group in activities to break the day up and put some members at ease with their concerns was brilliant. I know you value your team and obviously know how good they are, but I want to highlight it and pass on my thanks for these past few days.

NEAS are to be praised for their high standard of training. The course was delivered in a professional but relaxed manner. The balance of theory and practical training was perfect, with plenty of revision and confirmation in the form of realistic scenarios. The information given is at the right level and made easy to follow due to the instructors many years of experience. There are three multiple choice written tests which are pretty straight forward.
Tea and coffee is included and the breaks are regular enough to keep you ticking over.
Thank you NEAS for an extremely enjoyable and worthwhile course. I'm already booked onto another early next year.

The training course was interactive, interesting I have never done first aid training before so was a little apprehensive, however the trainers Phil Malcolm and Kevin put me at easy straight away. The training officers have a great training method that is approachable and they have extensive knowledge and experience which really engaged me in the content. All 3 x officers were able to give examples and explain things in an easy to understand way even adding a touch of humour which lightened the mood .I have come away from the course with knowledge and confidence that will.allow me to apply in my current role as a security officer I would 100% recommend this course to anyone. Iam proud to have been trained by a recognised professional organisation such as NEAS

I feel everybody on the course was made to feel relaxed and not put under any pressure by the professionalism of the instructor. which made everybody comfortable in taking part in the practical side. if I'm honest probably the best and most enjoyable out of the five i have previously done.

Really thorough course with topics well divided up across the 3 days. This allowed time for open discussions and revision of key elements such as the recovery position and CPR.

I work for a large office based on the Quayside and we are always in need of first aid and emergency evacuation chair training. Our people receive this in-house and in the training centre with NEAS. When on-site are always well looked and staff couldn't be more accommodating. We are very thankful to Malcolm who has been an excellent trainer for us over the years. The booking process is straight forward with no hassle and we always receive continued support from NEAS between refreshers.
