Very helpful company. The booking process was fast and efficient with excellent customer service.
The first aid kits arrived within plenty of time of the on-site course, with good communication regarding timings and expectations.
The instructor on the day, was friendly and knowledgeable. All participants enjoyed the day.
This is the third time that we have used this company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I felt the course was delivered very…Poorly
I felt the course was delivered very poorly. We dwelt too long on one issue and some of the questions in the test were not covered. As we are school based I would have expected more coverage of asthma, allergies and fits. Some of the information re fits was too general and not accurate.
I felt patronised by the trainer who addressed me as young lady when I am in my sixties. I felt this was rude. He made a lude joke which did not offend me but was unprofessional. We should have a a break mid afternoon but ran from 1.00pm to almost 6.00pm as the trainer ran over time by almost an hour showing lack of consideration for anyone who may have had a deadline ie: childcare issues. We were told that if we arrived late at the start we may not be able to take part buy the trainer did not think twice about running on by an hour.
I would not be willing to take a course offered by yourselves again.
