Our bus driver arrived very early and was more than happy to wait for us. She remained with us during the trip so we were able to leave right when needed.

Issue with the bus and typo of our address. Bus arrived 30 minutes late although the driver was at the other location on time. Driver dropped us on a perpendicular street to the school so we had to cross students across traffic.

The drivers were great, but your billing policies are a little inconvenient...although, billing staff was extremely patient, and it was a last minute charter request.

Ms. Wanda was an excellent driver and very personable. She was on time picking us up and got us safely to the ski resort and back to our school.

First Charter Bus Rental is top-notch! I have been using them for the past 4 months to bring guests to my Soup Kitchen and not only are they reliable (always on time) the bus driver really cares about the guests on the bus!! This company deserves more than 5 stars!!

All three buses were RIGHT on time in morning! We got to Art Institute exactly at 9:45-perfect. Then the buses pulled into the pick up area exactly at 2 pm as requested! We got all of our students back to school in time to catch their rides home. Fabulous experience. Safe and cheerful bus drivers too! Thank you!

We requested for a small bus with seat belt but it did not happen we have to wait for the bus to come with seat belts. I long bus came and not so clean and the bus driver GPS didn't not give the right directions upon entering the destination.
Please make sure that you will send us the insurance with the school name on the next field trip Monday, Dec. 16 going to Chocolate factory. Again, we only need a small bus for 14 passengers.

Driver was very nice but quite hesitant. Drove well under the speed limit and missed an exit forcing us to go back through the city, making our drive back 10-15 minutes longer than it needed to be

Our school bus was scheduled to arrive at 9 am. When the bus was not at the school by 9:15 am I called First Charter. The representative told me the bus was running late and the called my school and informed Ms. P. I'm not sure who they called but no one by the name of Ms. P works at my school and then said the driver said they were outside. I was standing outside and the bus was not there! The bus finally arrived at 9:25 am. I was disappointed because we paid a premium price to have a bus arrive at 9 am. We would have paid $75 less if we scheduled the bus to arrive at 9:30 a.m.

What a pleasant surprise! Both our drivers were very friendly and helpful. We had a time sensitive trip and the drivers both fulfilled our requests perfectly. On our return trip we had a passenger who was feeling sick on the bus and the driver was sensitive to the need and pulled over to make sure the passenger was well. Excellent! It was a seamless experience in booking the trips. The customer service was excellent. Pleasant intake booking assistants. I would use this bus service again! I highly recommend this bus service!
