First Charter Bus Rental worked within our budget and delivered a flawless trip for our 80+ guests from Puerto Rico. Punctuality. Professionalism. Pride. That is what comes to mind when I think of First Charter. PRAA is very excited to have such an amazing resource for our events, trips, and guests.
