Husband bought a fishing rod from this company recently and was delivered by Evri. Unfortunately we received the item with damaged packaging and intern broken rod. We have tried to contact Fishing Republic about this. They responded to my husbands first email to say they are sorry to hear about the broken rod and could we please forward on pictures. My husband has tried this numerous times to customercare and email address on website. To his dismay the emails to customercare failed to be delivered to Fishing Republic with or without attached files and the other email sent to the one on the website which has NOT pinged back had gone completely ignored!
My husband and I have tried calling them but after a few rings we get a message saying you are calling a restricted number. We will never be using this company again after sales is appalling!!

AVOID DUE TO DELIVERY PARTNER...
ordered a rod on next day delivery, rod was "lost" in transit, called up got a replacement sent out, rod was "damaged" in transit, was told it was delayed, waited nearly 2 weeks called up fishing republic, to be told it was damaged in transit, but no one thought to let me know.
i have worked in the courier industry for the last 10 years, evri is by far the worst of the worst. fishing republic ( go outdoors) should ditch evri and go with DPD

For the second time a purchase from FR has not been delivered on time by Evri. Despite giving three days and confirming it was with the driver it was only delivered after making an official complaint. Will think twice before buying from FR again whilst they continue to use Evri.
Which I think means Evri time we'll spoil the enjoyment of purchasing on line

I had a recent delivery of charcoal where the delivery driver literally slung the boxes on my driveway (I have CCTV of this) and as a result 3 of the bags were split open.
I bulk bought the charcoal and it needs to be kept dry and moisture free. The design of the bags allow this by being zipped at the top. The 3 bags are completely split and i've no adequate way of storing.
I've been asked to reply to an email with photos but no matter what device I use, what app I use, 3 different email addresses used... My email cannot be delivered, it bounces back each time.
I've can log a new ticket via website but cannot reply via email. The addressees I've tried are customercare & support email.
Each time they tell me to clear my cache or use a different email. I've done all this, I'm running out of options. Incredibly frustrating experience unfortunately.
EDIT: I sent an email as requested below, it's been over a week now with zero response. Clearly no interest in customers once they have taken the money.

Received the order on Tuesday morning. Absolutely over the moon as we were expecting to head away in our motorhome without it. Great service!

I contacted fishing republic on how my order was delivered, it looked like someone had played five a side football with it and it was open . I contacted fishing republic about this, I emailed them with photo evidence of my package all smashes up cardboard box. They sent me an auto generated email that made no sense, it was plain obvious no one read my email or complaint.which in terms proved they just don't care about there customers. I sent photo evidence of the package I received making them aware how evri are treating there customers. Next time I EVER receive a parcel like I did it will be refused at the door . Now I am put off ever ordering from this company if my items I pay for are treated in this way . But it all falls of deaf ears. They must be fine losing customers than sorting the problem out . Fine by me

I ordered a new sea fishing rod, reel and some line as a gift for my daughter to use on our upcoming holiday. I paid for next day delivery.
The reel and line arrived 2 days after but no sign of the rod. I phoned up and was told that the order had been split and the rod would follow in a couple of days.
It's now been 6 days, no rod, no explanation and I get hung up on when I phone up.
So, no present for my daughter.
Never again.
