Never Again
I bought a camping chair from them online and it came with the external package open, no internal package, the chair cover was claerly used, as it was teared and full of mud all over, and the chair has huge scratches. Disgusting. Never again.
I have foitage from my cctv of the open package being dumped on my doorstep. I've checked the product also on my doorstep, so they won't claim Imnot returning the item in its original package. I've sent them the footage.

Placed an order Sunday, needed for following weekend. They took 3 whole working days to advise both items are out of stock! Not good enough. Now have to travel to get an electric hook up in time for our trip. Furious.

Lost item & Rubbish customer service
Order 3 daiwa reels, when they arrived the package was ripped and with only 2 reels in.
I rang customer service who basically said tough luck we packed 3 so that's that.
Bought with klarna who seemed to be helping but just came back saying I have to pay the invoice.
Not happy at all. Lost £££ and
I have had to buy a 3rd reel from another company..
