Great service

Car fix after an accident
After having a very stressful experience dealing with insurance companies, Alex and James at Fix Auto gave excellent advice and were lovely to deal with the whole way through.
My car came back in excellent condition and I am so pleased with the finish!

Timelines to my repairs kept changing
Timelines to my repairs kept changing, and I was left without a courtesy car to begin with, and it became very extended. My repaired car was returned to me with the key not working as the battery had been changed, the door had to be slammed to shut properly, the window rattled and there was a loose screw in the door. (There was also a cigarette butt in the footwell) Twice it was returned to the workshop. (I eventually had to go to my own garage and pay for a new key battery myself as this still didn’t work) The staff, however were very nice, but I think communication was not great!

Efficient and Professional Service
I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a RTA and Fix Auto Bury St Edmunds was the chosen location by the AA for my car to be repaired.
