Exceptional service, kept updated throughout the process and the team have completed an amazing repair. Dealing with a new BYD was challenging, but they went above and beyond.

Fix Auto kept me fully updated throughout. Staff were very helpful and supportive. Job was done quickly and information provided was thorough and detailed.

Aiyana was most helpful when liaising to organize a date/time for repairs.
I was informed through Watts App initially that my car would be ready on Monday 27th April but I didn’t receive any more information and had to message Fix Auto on Wed 29th for update. The car was returned on Friday 1st May.
The pick up / delivery pair of drivers were pleasant and seemed efficient.
The repairs were fine and the car was returned cleaner than it was delivered to you.

They were prompt, polite and friendly in all the contact we had with them. They were helpful and kept me informed at each stage of the process. And the work that did on the car appears to be pf a high standard.

Incomplete insurance repair and patched up expensive headlamp. insisted car be taken or storage charges. Three delivery dates given, waited in twice, cancelled last minute. Headlamp not adjusted properly, had to pay to have adjusted. Car not repaired properly per the CRA2015. Very disappointing. Aiyana, however, was very helpful.

I found the company to be very efficient and clear in their booking and communications. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.
The one problem I had was on the return of my car I found all the wires unplugged from my dashcam and it left at a tilted angle, as if little care was taken pulling out the wires. This DESPITE my unplugging the power feed in the presence of their representative on handing over the car.
If customers property is interferred with, it should be returned in the state it was originally in.

I am not qualified to comment on the repair but it looks alright! However, it took two weeks to have an assessment appointment and then another 3 weeks for the car to go in for the repair. Booked in for a Monday, car to be collected. Early afternoon the Friday before, I rang to check all in order - oh, we were going to ring you later to say can't take it in due to lack of capacity. I had cancelled/ rearranged all appointments for the following ten days! Why on earth could they not have let me know earlier and why didI have to ring? Next time that could be offered was New Year - 6 weeks later! I stressed through the insurance company that the car also had to be serviced for MOT end January. Car collection and return were excellent- punctual and polite. Customer service on the phone was very good. Did not use courtesy car as far too small. Car returned very clean inside and out.

Terrible people to work for lucky to them im not the same person as years ago, they took me in for test day I worked all day from 8am till 4pm, did quite a bit of work other employeed were happy bosses didnt even bother to check in all day after that didnt hear anything back and when I messaged them about payment they ignored they still owe me that day of payment after over a year, dont bother trying to work for them they will take you in let you work all day and then not pay you or get back to you with any feedback free work basically for them people like that really pushes to be the person you never wanted to be again. Dont bother seriously.
