I am not qualified to comment on the repair but it looks alright! However, it took two weeks to have an assessment appointment and then another 3 weeks for the car to go in for the repair. Booked in for a Monday, car to be collected. Early afternoon the Friday before, I rang to check all in order - oh, we were going to ring you later to say can't take it in due to lack of capacity. I had cancelled/ rearranged all appointments for the following ten days! Why on earth could they not have let me know earlier and why didI have to ring? Next time that could be offered was New Year - 6 weeks later! I stressed through the insurance company that the car also had to be serviced for MOT end January. Car collection and return were excellent- punctual and polite. Customer service on the phone was very good. Did not use courtesy car as far too small. Car returned very clean inside and out.

Terrible people to work for lucky to them im not the same person as years ago, they took me in for test day I worked all day from 8am till 4pm, did quite a bit of work other employeed were happy bosses didnt even bother to check in all day after that didnt hear anything back and when I messaged them about payment they ignored they still owe me that day of payment after over a year, dont bother trying to work for them they will take you in let you work all day and then not pay you or get back to you with any feedback free work basically for them people like that really pushes to be the person you never wanted to be again. Dont bother seriously.

A great service from collecting my car to delivery after completion of the work. Although only a minor scuff looks brand new very happy. Also carried out a valet service. I was also able to track every step. The staff were friendly and courteous and an added bonus they made me a lovely cup of tea when I first called in to have the damage assessed. Thank you all.

Great work and communication

My car had a minor scuff and sensors needed calibration due to it being involved in a small collision when parked in a car park. The staff at the centre were all great, polite and friendly.

The work carried out involved removing the bumper, respraying and the sensors recalibrated, this was all completed to a high standard, with the paint work a clear match. They talked me through the work that was completed with a lifetime guarantee (for as long as I am the keeper).

The car was cleaned inside and out, not something I expected but an added bonus. I would definitely use them again.

Car was in for about two months. Every time I phoned about progress kept getting put off when eventually did call. Out of the blue magically the wheel was in that that day when I went to Car in the yard it was parked beside some big dirty bins leaving a graze on my front right wing when I opened the door the car the car was filthy inside you said you were gonna validate. Didn’t get a proper clean. You told me you were gonna buff the whole car when we were face-to-face, You did not. when my son and wife picked the car up and I told you I unhappy you denied it over the phone. said you didn’t say you’d give it a full polish have contacted the insurance company cause I wouldn’t recommend you to spray your pushbike.
