I've dealt with Mike Tibbs and the team at Fleet Prices for several years now and have just taken delivery of another new vehicle. Once again the service has simply been A1 standard. Mike found me an ideal car in stock at short notice. Dale processed the whole application in a way that took the trouble away from me and Jess delivered excellent after sales care.
A great team that I would highly recommend.

I came across this company by chance via a google search and i am so pleased that i did. I spoke to Leo about needing to lease a new vehicle as my current one was due to be returned. He was extremely professional and very clear and informative about the options available to me. At no point did i feel that he was over selling a vehicle to me, He took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and made recommendations accordingly. At no point did i feel that unnecessary expensive options were being over-sold to me. Timescales were clear as was the pricing. The car arrived today and i am very happy with it.
Rochelle in the support team was very helpful too. Once i'd chosen the vehicle, she kept me updated with it's progress and delivery.
The car arrived in the timescale quoted.

This was my first time dealing with Fleetprices. I've got to say their service far exceeded my expectations.
Right from the get-go the sales adviser (Daniel Hill) worked flawlessly to source the right vehicle for me. Nothing was ever too much effort. He was always available to contact and he was always happy to deal with you even if it was a minor question you had - He always made the time and made you feel like you as the "customer" you were his only priority and this is the way good service should be.
Even after ordering the vehicle. The high level of service received carries all the way through to all people in the support team, who have also been fantastic. They keep you updated all the way through. They are always available either on the phone and e-mail and respond very quickly and they always take ownership of queries and do not pass you off to others.
I know there is a lot of choice out there in the market. But to be honest this is one of those companies that you wouldn't mind paying a slight premium if it came to it in order to do business. You know they will look after you properly and it gives you the confidence they would support you in the event that anything should go wrong. These types of scenario's, which can happen to anyone at anytime and you would be glad to have dealt with them as they will look after you.
I have no hesitation to go through Daniel to source my next vehicle.
Most people only leave feedback about a person/company when they have a negative experience, but when you receive good service as i have done, then it is definitely worth taking the time out to thank all the guys at Fleetprices for the efforts and hard work.

I always believed you do not know how good a Company is until something goes wrong. While I was buying my second car from Fleetdirect a couple of things went wrong. But it was not their fault. It was due to the Mercedes dealership mistake. Fleetprices compensated me more than I expected. They worked with me and at the end got the car I wanted ( it was delivered on 2/3/2020). They could’ve simply said, sorry it’s not fault and do nothing. The main thing which is important to me is the fact “ they didn’t take my business for granted”. Not to forget their After Sales Team are unbelievably very efficient. I have already recommended them to our son and two other friend. 👌

Fleet prices were fantastic, they are one of the most competitively priced and their customer service was fantastic. Even when the Car manufacturer created delays fleet worked really hard to make sure we got a car that we were extremely happy with quickly. Nick in particular on the sales side was very helpful.

Dont even bother looking at another lease company website, fleetprices sorted my lease car within 2 weeks at the best price on the internet. £150 a month cheaper than the main dealer.
Carl was my initial contact and was Proffessional and patient with my specific requirements.
After the finance was passed the support team emailed me all the way through letting me know what stage they was at and the car arrived 3days ahead of schedule.
In 3 years time when this lease expires I will be having another from fleetprices.

Enquired for a VW Arteon R line at the end of September. Within a phone call and few emails with Dale everything was sorted. Took delivery of it at the end of November and spoke to Dale the day after to see how I liked my new car. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone! Great family business!!

Shocking service. Lost for words to be honest

Awful company - gave a very competitive quote for a lease vehicle. Obviously too good to be true so far they have lied about how long the car would take (told me 12 weeks it took in excess of 18) which wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t had it confirmed from the dealers that they were quoted an 18 week time by them so clearly just the customer they lie to. They also told me I “qualified for a dealership incentive of £500 cash back” turns out this isn’t actually cash back it is just added on to your first payment!!! So they sent me £500 then added it to the first payment?! Why even do that? Talk about misleading the consumer in order to secure a sale!
Complaint going through to the financial ombudsman avoid at all cost!!

I contacted fleetprices in early November with a requirement for a car in December, around a specific date.
Leo was my contact from that company and I had never done a lease arrangement before. Due to short notice we had to look at pre-ordered cars. I had a very specific criteria of Audi A5 sportback black edition, and they were able to find a dealer with a cancelled order which meant they could meet my date. They were flexible over the date and agreed with the dealer (providing the car) to hold the car for 3 weeks until the date I needed it.

I got timely updates on each stage, and I had good communication. They answered all my queries promptly and always made me feel comfortable asking any questions for any clarifications, which was POST making a deposit, so not like they were still trying to sell the lease deal.

Car came as agreed, the driver arranged a specific time slot on the day and kept me updated. Overall very impressed.

Only negative feedback would be to be more consistent with informing the customer of when the upfront “deposit” will be taken, as some dealer take it in order to commit to delivery date, whilst others take the payment post delivery and I got an inconsistent message from them which they did rapidly clarify.

Great service again from Leo and the team at Fleet Prices. We always use them for our vehicle leasing needs and feel the personal service is as good if not better than we would get from any local dealer. The team are friendly and helpful and respond without any delays and send updates so you really feel like things are progressing even if you are waiting weeks for your new car to be built!
Our new car was delivered yesterday without a hitch. We are thrilled with it especially for the excellent price we paid compared to the other quotes we received.
We highly recommend Fleet Prices on service and price and will be back in 3 years time.

Very easy to give 5 stars for the service provided by Andy Heywood. He kept me updated each step of the way and quickly got us the car we wanted. The deal was by far the most cost effective across all the web too!

Great service received from Andy Heywood from the initial information all the way through to delivery which was 6 days from ordering the car! I have taken a number of cars on lease over the years and this was by far the easiest experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.
