Took delivery of new vehicle yesterday. Thoroughly professional, efficient and uncomplicated service from everyone at Fleetprices throughout the process. Very pleased I used them and would again.

Didn’t buy as it wasn’t the right time, but will go back when it was. Staff were polite and clear about the deal on the calls, and prices were far keener than my local dealer. Discovered by accident and pleased that I did.

First off, I would like to thank Brad Muir for his help. Without him I don't think I would have ended up taking a lease, he was extremely helpful in providing qoutes and details about the car.

In regards to the process of taking a lease out it was very easy, Brad was again really helpful with this, he was replying to my emails and calls very quickly likewise Alisha, she also replied to my emails very quickly.

I will definietly be recommending Fleetprices to friends and family members.

The service I’ve received from the initial quote enquiries with James through to post sales support from Sara and Alisha (had a bit of a nightmare with Audi) has been absolutely first class. I will not hesitate to return to Fleet Prices again.

Great service from Leo when ordering and also from the girls in the support team throughout.

We had quite a delay but this was due to audi not fleetprices and they helped me out through the whole process to see if we could speed things up etc. Everytime I emailed I received a reply straight away and Leo even phoned to check delivery went smoothly.

Will definetly go back once the car is due for renewal.

Our son recommended Fleet Prices to us when we decided we would like to lease our next car. He had dealt with them a few months earlier for his new car and was happy with the service he received. So we have now taken delivery of a new car through Fleet Prices and we are very happy with them as we were kept well informed all along the line and the salesperson and support team were always efficient, helpful and friendly. The delivery went very smoothly and it arrived quite early in the morning. We were pleased with the competitive price and they also arranged a GAP Insurance for us on the new car. They also organised for us to receive five days emergency insurance cover until we could get our own insurance sorted out. I would certainly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I had the experience of dealing with Dale Sherlock from Fleetprices we needed two cars for our business one for myself and one for our services manger.Once we had decided which cars we wanted Dale was on the case to get us the best deals which he done quick and efficiency and we had both car cars within two and a half weeks great serives and would highly recomend them to anyone

Terrible company who took £622 from me for a car that was supposed to have VAT included and when the documents arrived the costs were 20% more. I cancelled and they are keeping my £622.
£622 for nothing! Disgraceful company!

My second lease car from Fleetprices, the service is pretty seamless and the prices are excellent. Can't think of a reason to look elsewhere when the prices are so good!!

These guys work hard for your business. I am on my third car with them and have now included my wife's car too. Not only do the team listen to your list of needs, but they also come up with an excellent range of options. And the after sales service is also wonderful - had a specific issue with VW Finance sorted by Fleetprices without me being involved. they just did it for me. I would definitely recommend Fleetprices.
