Emma is amazing! She was super considerate, caring, personable, and thorough. She made the experience of booking flights a lot less daunting and made me feel like I could approach her with any questions, even if they were silly. Would definitely be using her as my travel expert for future trips!

I’ve been working with Fiona Smith with my Around the World Ticket this year. She has been extremely helpful setting up flights, tours and insurance. Being on the other side of the world it is a relief knowing she is there to help with any problems or answer any questions. She is prompt and clear, and quick to respond. Would recommend her services and happy to keep working with her for the remainder of my trip!

Alana was amazing. We booked our flights and tour to Morocco with Alana Pilcher and she was super helpful and resourceful in terms of flight times, pricing and ideas for great places to stay. Then when the middle east conflict happened, she kept us up to date and helped cancel / postpone our holiday. And book another holiday, just as helpful as the last!

11 stars out of 10 for Tina Mooney from the South Brisbane office!! Tina helped get us great prices and times on our original Emirates flights to Europe. Greatly appreciated as we flew into one destination and out of another. Then when the Middle East war broke out, she excelled even further finding us British Airways flights with similar times and prices because we acted quickly. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She's a fantastic asset for Flight Centre!

The company put a block on my profile when I was wrongly charged in 2019 and despite all charges being dropped the profile remains blocked. It is bad enough that FCL underpay their staff and treat them so badly but to treat loyal paying customers this way is disgraceful

We had the need to revisit our travel itinerary and related flights to Dubai. Give the current war situation in that region of the Middle East East we decided to change our flight arrangements to get to Europe. We contacted Fiona Smith our Senior Travel Consultant and we are pleased to confirm that Fiona was able to rebook our flights in what were very difficult circumstances, Fiona was able achieve what we need with a lot of constraints imposed by what was happening with international airlines flights at this time.

I had a last minute travel emergency and Jaiden from the Melbourne office was amazing. He was patient, understanding and worked so hard to get me the best flight to get home in time. He may think he was only doing his job but he made a very tough moment in my life just a little bit easier.

We had a great experience with Sophie Whiteing from Flight Centre - she was so patient and offered lots of her time until she found suitable flights for us from Melbourne to Ireland via Asia because of current issues going through the Middle East. She kept searching until she found a price we were able to pay. She found much better flights than I could find by searching myself on various platforms. I would recommend her to everyone, particularly in the current climate!

Fiona has helped my husband and me book our last three major trips from Australia, including Europe and round the world journeys and she has been fantastic every single time.

I had flown down to see my mother who was in an accident. The drs had said she would be ok but in the last minute she turned and ended up passing away. This happened over 2 hours in this time frame I panicked and got scared and i booked a ticket home. When she passed I decided to cancel my ticket and stay with her. I didn’t realise it was a non- refundable ticket. I applied for a refund and even with the death notice and photos of her passing away and 48hours cancelation notice. They wouldn’t help me out for a refund considering my circumstances

I had fantastic customer service from agent Fiona, very patient, knowlegable about routes and amazing follow ups. I was also impressed by her speed in generating quote and sending through itinerary! Kudos! I will book using Flight centre again 100%

I've been using Fiona for many years now with complex flight schedules, but also just basic flights & accommodation. She always goes above & beyond with her service & I feel like she's more like a friend than just a consultant. I will definitely use her again just like I always have.
