ordered and paid for a new pump on next day delivery but was advised on day of delivery that something went wrong and so would be delivered the day after. wrote and requested a discount for the reason i then had to hire a pump and was told no discount as out of their hands. told it is now dispatched and so when it arrives send it back!

Fast and efficient value for money

The phone system was next to useless. I had to revert to email in order to ask questions prior to purchase and despite requesting a phone call I only got email replies which failed to comprehend my concerns.

Pump and hose arrived in just a couple of days, which was great as I really needed them. Easy to set up, worked first time. Impressive flow rate and gets the water right down to just a thin layer. Any air lock is easy to overcome.
