Great, bespoke experience, wish I’d come across this company sooner! They went above and beyond to help me secure affordable home insurance for a particularly difficult property and managed it in a very tight time frame. A definite recommendation.

I have never dealt with this company before until now …..for days I’ve been contacting insurance companies all over England for quotes and human errors were made on the information given .When I eventually spoke to Floodassist I was very impressed with the help information and honesty with correct feedback given and now I have taken my home insurance to them .

Flood Assist has yet again found us affordable, good value house and contents insurance, reflecting the fact that we are in a Thames River flood zone - although have never been flooded. Great people to deal with.

have stayed with flood assist for a second year, as their quote was so detailed and comprehensive and they price matched against a slightly cheaper quote I got, but where I could not be sure of the details on cover for communal areas. Grateful that they were able to provide insurance in the first year post-flood and still very competitive and great customer service

After looking on line for home insurance after being flooded Oct 23 i found Flood Assist. After reading some of their reviews i gave them a call. I was really impressed with the adviser who took the time to really understand my needs. She found me a suitable insurance for my needs whilst making me feel confidence in the whole process

mums house was flooded in Oct 23 and i was worried i wouldn't find an insurance company that would cover for flood damage again. I had never heard of flood assist and he explained what i needed to provide in order for the house to be registered and then provided me
with a quote covering everything i needed.
