Excellent service
After struggling to find affordable insurance, having spoken to lots of insurers who couldn't help, I saw reviews for Flood Assist online. Gave them a ring and after chatting for a minute, two at the most, Liz spotted the issue and quickly went about solving it.
Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, whether you have potential issues with flooding or not.

Top service
Eddie was really flexible when I was in the middle of an outdoor expedition and losing reception, he enabled me to make several calls and get the insurance sorted. Last minute request from solicitors meant I was time precious, and Eddie made it all happen - even delaying his lunch!

Excellent service and experience
Contacted FloodAssist after having a high renewal quote from our existing house insurance provider. Had a very good experience with them previously when they helped us with flood claim although we were not insured by them at that time.
Helen listened to our needs and within a couple of days came back with a couple of quotes which were much more acceptable to us.
We were very impressed and happy with Helen’s knowledge, suggestions, professionalism and a very friendly and approachable manner. Needless to say we have taken out one of the suggested insurances.
Could not recommend the experience and the service from FloodAssist more.
